Stuff has problems with connecting informations through each other - we were leaving at 5.30 in the morning our room, we asked at the reception 2 days before our check-out if its possible to get a take away breakfast (which was paid) - they told us that they need to speek with manager and thats it — no response, no breakfast. Also they want to keep your passport during your stay?? I asked why and got no answer to this. One more situation - we have turn on the button „do not disturb” and the stuff knock to our room, and pulling the handle for like 8/10min in the morning, as long as we opem the door and asked them what are they doing? Asked for toilet paper and wait for it whole one day .. bih absurd.
Bathroom is full of water when you are taking a shower.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, as the listing was full of misleading information. The "superior room" we booked was shown with a window in the photos, but the room we received had none. This meant we had no natural light or air in the room. There were no plug sockets in the room, the shower was cold, and there was no holder for the showerhead, causing water to spray everywhere and soak the entire bathroom.

When we asked to switch rooms, we were told none were available. To make matters worse, we were woken up at 6 AM by loud construction noise taking place in the hotel. The hotel’s listing on both Booking.com and Agoda promised amenities such as a spa, two swimming pools (there was only one), a hot tub, and a sauna – none of which were at the property.

When we raised these issues the next morning and asked for a discount, the hotel refused and even withheld our passports, which I believe is illegal. They claimed it was not their fault, but Booking.com’s. We had to pay the full price just to get our passports back, which was completely unreasonable for the subpar room and service we received.

We also asked to speak with a senior manager, but the front office staff refused to provide any contact details and claimed the manager wouldn't be able to meet with us, even though she hadn’t spoken with him herself.

This hotel misrepresents its offerings and has poor customer service. I strongly believe that Booking.com should investigate these claims, as the room we received didn’t match what was advertised, and we didn’t get the value for the price we paid.
