The location was good, and the room with the bathroom seemed to be clean

Cons:

On arrival we were asked to pay an extra €40 in cash (apparently there was a mistake on the booking site), also hosted said breakfast not included anymore... I am sure that could be communicated before arrival, so we could have a chance to look for something else. I would definitely refuse to pay extra and would leave the property, however didn't feel we will have much options considering we were with two small kids. Also it says there is a living area and kitchen, but it feels strange and awkward to go there as someone is actually living there .. all the experience felt like a scam..

Nuestra estancia en esta habitación fue simplemente excelente. La anfitriona fue muy amable, atenta y cercana; siempre respondía a nuestras preguntas con una sonrisa y hacía todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos cómodos y bienvenidos desde el primer momento.

La habitación y el apartamento estaban impecablemente limpios, lo cual apreciamos mucho. Todas las comodidades eran muy buenas y estaban bien pensadas, creando un ambiente acogedor y agradable. Además, la ubicación es excelente: bien comunicada, tranquila y con tiendas y servicios cerca.

La experiencia fue totalmente positiva y superó nuestras expectativas. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y recomendamos este lugar a cualquiera que busque comodidad, limpieza y un trato cálido y humano.

Übertriebene Reinlichkeit. - Der Staubsauger lief den halben Tag. Die Küche bestand aus einem Reinigungsarsenal für Hightech- Labore. - Meine schmutzige Radtasche (es hat bei der Ankunft leider geregnet) musste ich auf den Balkon verbannen…

Frühstück darf man selbst zubereiten (Käse und Wurst dann auch selbst besorgen.)- Kein Abstellplatz für Räder obwohl für extra Gepäck Möglichkeit angegeben wird. - Wurde jedoch auch keine andere Möglichkeit vorgeschlagen.

Not the private apartment as promised on Booking and e-mail, surprisingly, we don't like to be lied to. It's an apartment, where they made 2 bedrooms out of the living room, in total 4 bedrooms, which together with the kitchen, are shared with other guests. The bathroom is on the shared hallway, very nice with teenagers... No space at all between the beds. If we would have liked the experience of a hostel with the kids we would have booked one... Breakfast consisted of shared stuff in the fridge and a half pack of cookies. Airco was a mobile one which leaked constantly and the exhaust had to be put through the open window by yourself and we found hairs on the beds at arrival. We just made the best out of it but never again!

The air con is difficult to work. You have to put a pipe outside and therefore you must leave window open, dangerous for children.
The accomodation is shared with others, shared bathroom and kitchen.
This is like hostel accommodation at hotel prices.
Breakfast is some breads and biscuits.
