My suggestion is to pay in advance to stay at this place. because once you choose to pay at the hotel, the price is completely different with the booking price. they said they never gave such a cheap price like what this platform offer, which is ridiculous.
The stuff was good and friendly.
The room was quite similar to the photos on website.

Easy food access around this area
I paid more than the booking price, on booking the price for the night was around 70-80k rp but when I went there, they informed me that the price for the night is 120k rp. They said, we don't consider the online booking you have to pay 120k or just cancel and find another place.
The room I got was in the ground floor, it's so noisy in the morning and there is no curtains to block the day light. Was annoying.
The staff was smiley anf welcoming, very basic hotel but clean room.
Absolutely no noise insulation, nor light insulation, we had the light coming in the room early morning making it difficult to sleep, maybe a little curtin would fixe the issue, the mirror is far away from the tap making it difficult to shave and other.
We could hear people talking next to our door until 23h30, and very early in the morning, I know it's not the host fault but they can sensitive the guest ti keep silent between certain time so everyone can sleep!!
Unfortunately the are opening between the room corridor and a small window who give on the corridor also.
I would say don't expect privacy and comfort, but if you just need a cheap hotel night between transit and a warm shower why not?
Our room was clean. We checked out 1 night early but we could not get refund, although we didn't mind too much since we could see that the owner have a good heart and rescue abandoned cat to give them treatment and care.

The hotel charge me 17% higher than I supposed to paid at the property but it's ok it wasn't so much but the hotel should charge the guest according the price shown on the booking confirmation ( the nett price after taxes n fee) On my booking the price should be paid is 103,680 nett after taxes and fee but the hotel charge me 120,000..This is the first time the hotel I booked on Booking.com charged me higher than the price I should paid not like other hotels I used to stayed n booked through booking.com🤦♀️.
The owners are really helpful. I think it's a great deal for the price. Clean room, quiet neighborhood. I recommend it and maybe will stay there again.
