Excellent property, beautifully decorated and maintained. Excellent breakfast with freshly made scrambled eggs and cappuccino.
Location is ideal! 5-6 min walk from Ospedale ferry stop, no stairs on the way so easy to bring bags. It is about 10-15 min walking distance from all major attractions in Venice so we walked everywhere.
Staff is just superb! Highly recommend it!

Amazing property in a palazzo , private and secure location. Hidden Gem is a must stay while in Venice !! It’s Away from the busiest part of town which I LOVED and just a short walk away to all main spots in Venice . Room was so luxurious and clean . It was truly breathtaking. The way we were greeted by Sabrina at check in was so nice words can’t describe her kindness and hospitality . I can’t say enough good things about the staff . Amazing house keeper as well . The whole staff deserves 100000 stars .

The Palazzo dei Mori was a BEAUTIFUL place to stay at. The staff was exceptional, very welcoming, knowledgeable, with excellent customer service skills. They talked to us about the property, thdd ed history, and showed us locations on the map where to go. The room was stunning, large, clean, with beautiful decorative touches and bed was amazing. They have a beautiful complementary breakfast and even provided a box breakfast for our early departure. They went above and beyond even by giving my husband a birthday card and donut for his birthday in our room. I absolutely recommend 1000% Palazzo dei Mori for an authentic and amazing Venetian stay ♥️

The place is extremely beautiful with an incredible history! Comfortable bed and room, the breakfast was amazing! Staff was very professional, helpful and excellent. Location was super good to go on foot to every spot in Venice.
I have nothing but great things to say about Palazzo dei Mori! The hotel totally exceeded our expectations!!
The location is so close to all of the popular things to do but far enough away that it is incredibly quiet and you are not surrounded by tourists the moment you step outside. The rooms were incredibly well decorated and so so silent, we slept better than we had our entire trip! The breakfast was the best we had on our trip with amazing pastries, coffee, juices, cereal and even real scrambled eggs!!!
Finally, the staff at Palazzo dei Mori really make the stay 10/10, they are incredibly welcoming, nice and more than happy to help with anything you could possibly need. We would go back to Venice just to stay at this amazing hotel again! Thank you, Palazzo dei Mori for a great stay!

A localização é boa, em local tranquilo, mas é preciso uma caminhada até os principais pontos tu turísticos

Le lieu est sublime, très propre et bien situé à l'écart de la foule. Anastasia est très réactive et prend soin de s'assurer que tout est en ordre pour que le séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions.

Il n'est pas sur un canal mais il est proche d'un accès de bus maritime
Es un alojamiento histórico, la habitación muy amplia y confortable. Muy interesante la historia del Palazzo y de todo lo que hay en la habitación.
La atención fue excelente por parte de todo el personal.
Por decir algo, la entrada está en un callejón estrecho y no es muy evidente al llegar al mismo.
