It was a great location to explore the beautiful Kluane Lake region. Staff were friendly, helpful, food was good. Relaxed environment was great after long day driving and exploring.

The rooms were newly remodeled and very nice. Service very good. Indian dinner in restaurant excellent. I left my watch and charger in the room and the staff found it and mailed it back to my home.
The rooms were clean but the exterior hallways were not. Gave a bad impression to the nicer quality rooms
The staff and food was great.
The room were outdated and the bathroom need upgrades.
Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful but obviously overworked (although they did not express this).
Hairdryer, coffee pot, small fridge in room. Window overlooking lake was dirty on outside, stairwells were not clean.
breakfast was great. friendly staff.
loud truck noises outside all night in the parking lot. no fan or AC in the room. there was a mouse in the room as well.
Location, it’s an oasis between Tok and Whitehorse. Decent restaurant but pricey for the quality. It’s for convenience and served its purpose.
Very old. Stains, peeling, everything is pretty beat down. You get in dnd get out.
Staying here was much better than camping out in the wind in my tent.
bed could have been longer
It is in a remote location in a large Canadian Territory. We have stayed there before, probably a decade or more ago, so we knew what we were getting into. It did have a small fridge and the shower had plenty of hot H20. Pretty inexpensive.
Heating system was antiquated, Rooms are tiny rooms, very old bldgs, very expensive gas, food at dinner was mediocre. Had to ask for the dinner check so I could pay. Waitress chatting with other staff in the kitchen.
