На один раз, отель на 3 звезды, вместо трех. Больше останавливаться не буду..
Pros:

Удобное расположение в центре города. В отеле нет частной парковки, но разрешили разместить автомобиль прям на против входа.

Cons:

Уровень отеля не соответствуют заявленным 4 звездам. Слабый завтрак, где присутствовал бефстрогонов с рисом, но не было продукции из сосисок или другого мяса которое хорошо сочетается со скрембелом или яйчницей. Из мясных нарезок был один вид колбасы.
В номере, сдвоенная кровать с высокими матрасами между которыми получается яма и по факту спать приходится на одной половине. Спальных подушек было 2, вместо 4. Их объем и мягкость удручает. Вид из окна на соседний жилой дом, где видно кто-что делает. Во время уборки, пришли и обновили только полотенца. Постель к сожалению не заправили, мусор не убрали.

position and staff kindness, breakfast, meals quality

Cons:

I had to call several times the reception when clients staying in rooms of my same floor were doing noise, screaming and probably hosting people from outside. reception intervention was ineffective and I had to intervene myself in the middle of the night.

for the restaurant, I strongly recommend to extend kitchen availability beyond 8.30 pm, which I found quite strict after a long work day, forcing to find alternative dining solutions outside.

Отель просторный было очень тепло было поставлено дополнительно электрообогреватель .
Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный.

Cons:

Плохая шумоизоляция двери .
Туалет не полностью неукомплектована как на фото на сайте Букинге.

Pros:

Hotel situatio in centro, molto comodo per raggiungere ogni cosa. Lì vicino si trovano cambiavalute, ristoranti e i monumenti storici. Camere ben arredate e confortevoli.

Cons:

Avrei voluto una colazione più varia, ma soprattutto la sala dove vien servita la colazione è piccola e dotata di pochi tavoli!

Oda camlarından soğuk hava giriyor. Banyo malzemelerini koymamışlar. Yan odalardan sesler duyuluyor. Alarmım çaldı diye yan odadan şikayet bile geldi.
