То что всегда отсутствует зубная паста и зубная щетка! В целом туалетные принадлежности очень хромает!

Хорошая локация. Отзывчивый персонал: быстро реагируют на запросы (принести утюг или починить плохо работающий бак унитаза), переселили в другой номер оперативно. В качестве компенсации за заселение в номер для курящих без запроса, дали бесплатно поздний выезд.
Номера чистые.
На завтраке голодным не останетесь, готовят омлеты, яйца, всегда на выбор каша, есть овощи, зелень и пр. разнообразие выпечки.
В отеле есть этаж с курящими номерами (10 ый). Мы приехали ночью, и нас заселили на этот этаж, даже не спросив, требуется ли это нам. Входные двери установлены плохо, щели, поэтому воздух гуляет из номеров в коридор и другие номера. Большая курилка.
На следующий день, по запросу, нас переселили.
Из-за плохо установленных дверей, слышно все что происходит в коридоре.

位置很好，就在市中心，步行去周边热门景点古迹博物馆都不超过2km！
符合上世纪媚俗老派的一切作风（这不是贬义）也算是另一种安全感吧！
但员工是很友善的！

Very friendly staff, and helpful. Location is great in the center and the room was comfortable.
Not much — everything went well. Perhaps the breakfast quality can be slightly improved but it was good nonetheless!

Отель уставший.
Полотенца требую замены, т.к. уже старые, потрепанные и скорее серые, чем белые. Они больше подходят для общественного бассейна, а не отелю такого уровня.
Скудные завтраки и самое главное - место для завтраков (для посетителей) катастрофически не хватает. Приходило завтракать, сидя на диване, а не за столом.
Пытался воспользоваться "меню подушек", но персонал на ресепшене даже не знает, что информация о "меню подушек" есть в номерах. Мне кажется, они даже не знаю об оснащении номеров и какие услуги указаны в номерах отеля. В итоге "меню подушек" мне так и не дали.
Отличное место расположение
Цена качество не соответствует. Ванной комнате не было зубной пасты и щётки
Супер персонал на ресепшен, отличный завтрак, хороший номер, чисто, комфортно
Далековато пешком от центра, но в городе дешевое такси и это не проблема
От еды до персонала, вме великолепно. И уборщицы обходительные к вам и стол есть, волшебство
Room is clean.
Breakfast is only as from 7h30, 7h would be much better.
