I received plastic or ceramic piece around 1 sm with the capuchino in the morning.I was lucky that didn't eat it & scrached my stomac. It could be dangerous life accident. For me it was shock that the staff and management doesn't react: like it is normal for them. Cleaning lady could service the food in the same gloves by which she cleans the dishes and floor. Very dirty in some places: specially in the restaurant for the breakfast.Grey old towels. Management reply all the same for all negative feedbacks.Dirty brown water in the kitchen.
Şehirde şebeke suyu kesilince odada su akmadı. Yaklaşık 8 saat. Böyle bir otelin nasıl su deposu olmaz?
Хорошая локация. В целом, неплохой отель, но до бренда Рамада**** явно не дотягивает.
Менеджмент отеля явно не дорабатывает: персонал на ресепшене не достаточно вежлив и учтив, завтраки скудные, в номере не работала половина приборов освещения, полы в номере видимо давно не мылись. В добавок ко всему отключили воду на целый день.
Что случилось с некогда отличным отелем?
Угрюмый, неулыбчивый и не очень то расторопный ресепшен. Причем обе смены. Раньше здесь никаких проблем не было, а теперь вот это все?!
Самое отвратительное: простыня оказалась со значительной плесенью! Конечно же, ее заменили после звонка, но как такое вообще возможно в отеле такого уровня???
Breakfast is very delicious and there are a lot of options to choose from. Tried soljanka one morning. Fresh salad. Cakes. Smoothie.
The space where breakfast is available seems to be a bit small, compared to the hotel size. But never had any issue finding an empty table while staying there.
Lovely room, clean and quiet as long as the windows were closed. Once they were open it was a bit noisy.

Hotel is in a good location, easy to reach aroiund the central area, not too far for the walking distance to main attractions, lovely staff, was very flexible with early check in options
It's a bit older hotel, so some of the facilities already need a bit of the upgrade

ванная комната очень маленькая. дверь в душевую кабину очень узкая, что доставляет много неудобства.
мне понравился завтрак и расположение. Минус только очень плохая шумо и светоизоляция, в комнате светло и слышно разговоры в коридеоре, очень тонкие деври и громкие замки
на затраке мало мест и хумус быстро кончается.

Хорошая локация. Отзывчивый персонал: быстро реагируют на запросы (принести утюг или починить плохо работающий бак унитаза), переселили в другой номер оперативно. В качестве компенсации за заселение в номер для курящих без запроса, дали бесплатно поздний выезд.
Номера чистые.
На завтраке голодным не останетесь, готовят омлеты, яйца, всегда на выбор каша, есть овощи, зелень и пр. разнообразие выпечки.
В отеле есть этаж с курящими номерами (10 ый). Мы приехали ночью, и нас заселили на этот этаж, даже не спросив, требуется ли это нам. Входные двери установлены плохо, щели, поэтому воздух гуляет из номеров в коридор и другие номера. Большая курилка.
На следующий день, по запросу, нас переселили.
Из-за плохо установленных дверей, слышно все что происходит в коридоре.
