Good hotel just not close to Milton Keynes centre
Fine enough for the cost
Tv didn't work on arrival but soon sorted it out by giving me new batteries very helpful
The room was basic but what you would expect for the price, ideal for last minute stop over. Night concierge was friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was cereal and toast and drinks and very pleasant. There were no staff to check out, just left key card in pot on desk.
Will come again
There were blood stains on my bed sheets
The best part of the hotel was the friendly service offered by your reception staff. 11/10!
I had a very lovely stay here. A nice welcome and the staff were helpful throughout eg. Getting taxis. Room was nice and clean and cleaned when asked. Facilities all worked well including the bathroom and the tv. Microwave in dining area and many different restaurants can be delivered here. Would stay again.
Staff were great and facilities although not fancy got the job done and worked. Shower was low pressure but warm.
As a life long smoker it was obvious due to the smell and cigarette ash on the window sill some one had been smoking in the room. I also raises a another question of how effective the smoke detection system is????
Great
Not a bad stay overall and what you would expect for £50 a night. Room dated even after a re ferb but clean and was cleaned every day which is good. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere which isnt great. Theres a nice indian next door but thats it.
Once I went to my room and opened the door there was another person in the room on the toilet. it took over an hour to get sorted after a long days work this is no good
Good Clean Rooms - Decent Size & Clean Bathroom,
Shower Hot and held Temperature - On-Site Parking.
Only Complaint - Lack of Power in Shower
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The basic continental breakfast was a nice touch. Although there was no restaurant on site, there was a dining room where you can eat your own food. It's also a very convenient base for a weekend at Silverstone.
Enjoyed the stay friendly staff who checked us in got a good nights sleep
No tv remote so no tv
Room was clean and tidy but old and dated
Shower was very poor
Lovely lady on reception was helpful but couldn’t find us a remote
Very limited breakfast
Definitely won’t be staying again
Free car parking and close to a village pub
The worst hotel we have ever seen! Checked in went to the room to find the room was upside down with towels, bedding all over the floor, the beds weren't made etc. Complained at reception, staff could not have been less interested - our group then checked out, cancelled our bookings and booked elsewhere! Avoid at all costs!
On arrival the lady at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Plenty of free car parking spaces. The room was a decent size and the bed comfortable. The lighting was dim as the main light wouldn’t switch on. Curtains had to remain closed also as was on the ground floor in front of the walkway entrance so no privacy.
The toilet seat was not screwed on properly. The shower and the sink were dirty - there were hairs around the sink and in both the shower and the sink were some sort of bugs/ flys which was rather unpleasant. Shower ended up cleaner after I got out of it…
Tv worked for about an hour before it lost signal and BBC channels weren’t available at all.
Most guests don’t seem to arrive until after 7pm and are gone the following morning by 7am (car park was empty before/after these times) - make of this what you will.
Adequate for a one night stop over. Personally, probably wouldn’t stay any longer.
