Only location
If you’re alone check in advance if your room is not in front of the toilet. The smell comes to the room even if the door is closed. It wasn’t pleasant to stay there at all. Also staff were standing next to the toilet and smoking which smelled again in the room. The worst experience of the hotel

В самом номере не было мусорного ведра; складывали все в пакеты
Иногда проблема поставить машину; рядом есть жилой дом, там можно кинуть машину, но не всегда есть места
Завтрак тоже на троечку; так что-то кинуть в топку лишь лишь бы …

Amazing breakfast and lovely staff. Breakfast hours were from 8-10 but at 9:15 some food was over. When we asked they replied stating its over and we dont have anymore. We reiterated that breakfast is until 10 where then they replenished. Not sure if they were happy or not but it was our right as we paid for it.
No hot water in evenings. Weather was cold as i visited in September.
The main issue was not the quality of the room itself, but the fact that the room I was given was completely different from what was described on the booking page.
The facilities were different, and the room size was also completely different from what was stated in the reservation details.
The room I was given faced the courtyard, with an outdoor toilet directly in front of it. Naturally, sounds from the toilet could be heard, but the area also seemed to be used as a smoking area. As a result, conversations between people could be heard clearly, even late at night.
There was also a small window near the top of the room that was not fully sealed. Considering this, the room was far from being “soundproof,” despite the booking page specifically listing soundproofing as one of the room’s features.
Even basic amenities such as towels were not provided initially, and I only received them after specifically asking the staff.
It seems that the room information on the booking site had not been updated and was still based on information registered by a previous staff member. To their credit, the hotel acknowledged that there were discrepancies between the information on the booking page and the actual room. However, I was told that there were no other rooms available and therefore the room could not be changed.
I was then told that I could cancel the booking until 2:00 p.m., but by the time I was informed of this, it was already around 1:30 p.m., so this was not really a practical option.
In the end, I agreed on a late check-out the following day as compensation. I would say that the staff member who handled this final arrangement responded relatively well and made the decision quickly once I agreed on the solution.
The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly

heel slecht, je hebt er schimmelgeur, niets is hygienisch, de handdoeken stinken en worden niet droog gegeven, wc is niet schoon, badkamer waar de water niet eens normaal weggaat, mensen weten niet hoe ze moeten glimlachen.
The hotel has an excellent location, and the staff are very friendly, though somewhat shy.
The downstairs rooms get smoke from smokers, and the bathroom smelled bad. The upstairs rooms look much better.
