Clean and tidy, very modern hotel. So much on site. Roof top bar was really cool
Nothing
Near the center, very clear
Noise from the top floor, load singing and music until late at night. This happened on 1 April and 3 April
great attention to details : from the moment I stepped inside the room, I was welcomed with two lovely red and white bottles of wine and a chocolate, plus a personalised message. I enjoyed reading downstairs in the lounge and having some free snacks with a cocktail. It’s a great convenience to have a pastry shop next to the reception, with tasty products. The pool was closed in February, but it’s a lovely view on top, with a nice garden. I like that the tram station is right outside, making it super easy to get by, and reach the town centre. I like the interior design of the room and the hotel. Nice view. There is a kettle in the room and a coffee machine, so you can admire the view while sipping your tea.
there was a nasty smell in the bathroom, coming from the pipes. I didn’t like that when I showered, the water was draining on the bathroom floor, instead of going down the drain. however, they offer toiletries. I think that the breakfast is a bit expensive: 24€ per person
Erik, front of house was so helpful all the time every day to me and your other clients.
He exuded a level of professionalism you rarely see, he should be managing your hotel staff.
Other staff in restaurant and bar downstairs and upstairs were also super over my six day stay.
I booked the six days to use your rooftop pool to train for a swimming competition while mixing that with a few hours work and enjoying lovely sights of Firenze. This is what I searched for so I remain horrified that the pool was closed and won’t open until May. Please don’t lie to other customers about that.
One of your other front of house didn’t know what a postcard or postbox, 📮 she had to google it and tried hard to help. Be great if your team knew where postcards could be sent from!

I cannot say anything bad about this hotel, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. It turns out it’s a social hub as well, so the atmosphere is lively. The room is comfy and clean, and I like how it’s cleaned daily. The hotel is in front of the Belfiore tram stop so it’s very convenient to get to the centre and all the tourist attractions. The staff was also super nice.
It’s a minor issue, but I would like for the breakfast menu to be more varied. A bit bored of eating the same thing on my third day.

La struttura dell'hotel è splendida, un po' distante dal centro, ma ben servita da un tram che passa proprio davanti all'ingresso.
Purtroppo, durante il mio soggiorno non ho potuto utilizzare il Rooftop .Era così affollato che era impossibile raggiungere il bar per ordinare da bere.
