Perfect! Een echte aanrader
Pros:

Het was een perfect hotel voor ons verblijf. Wij bleven 2 nachten en konden vanop deze locatie alles van Florence ontdekken. Het zwembad op het dak was ook perfect om tijdens de hittegolf in af te koelen.

Cons:

Het personeel was niet altijd even vriendelijk

The Social Hub - hier ist der Name Programm!
Pros:

Das stets verfügbare Personal im Erdgeschoss war einfach spitze, der Pool auf dem Dach mega und die „Spielhalle“ beim Eingang für unsere Kids das Beste!

Cons:

Leider gibt es immer wieder Hotelgäste, welche die Ruhezeiten (ab 23 Uhr) nicht respektieren und sich auf dem Flur lautstark unterhalten oder gar ihre Kinder entlang rennen lassen… Aber das ist nicht Fehler des Hotels.

Overall a brilliant stay, clean and comfortable and value for money
Pros:

Brilliant location, tram stop right outside which was convenient and cheap! Loved the hotel rooftop pool, very nice.

Cons:

Only criticism was that the hotel was quite spread out and difficult to navigate finding your room.

Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hotel, le tramway est juste en bas de l’hotel.
Super petit déjeuner
Nuit tranquille

Cons:

Il manque peut etre une deuxième table de nuit. Un meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser sa trousse de toilette.
En revanche dans le hall de l'entrée comme c’est un espace commun c’est un peu bruyant avec musique forte ou il y a aussi un espace de cooworking

Espectacular!!!
Pros:

La azotea con restaurantes y la espectacular piscina. Buen gimnasio y en general todas las instalaciones.
