Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Staff were helpful and location were great.
Pros:

I like the location it was close by to a mall and a lot of food choices. The staff were so accommodating and very friendly. I made a special request for a pack breakfast since we were to leave at 4am and they made it happen. I really appreciate that.

Cons:

The internet was slow or nothing at all in the room. I had to use my data for internet.

The place were close to restaurants and surrounded by malls

Cons:

The buffet space is quite small, there was a time that we needed to wait for tables in order for us to sit and dine. lack of towels in the room, especially for a group check in.

Pros:

The location was surrounded with lots of entertainment and food. Taxis were not hard to find. Staff were polite and attentive.

Cons:

The air conditioning was very bad. It was hot in the room even though we set the ac on low. It probably needs maintenance. The bathroom was big but shampoo and body wash were almost out of it. Only two towels came but the room was a family room of 3 adults one kid.

The beds are really comfortable and staff are approachable.

Cons:

There are few, like a pendant light with a switch covered that you can’t turn on, an overflowing shower area (maybe because of the plumbing issues), a little congested, but it is manageable.

Pros:

This is actually a continuity of our stay in this hotel. Staff are friendly and approachable, and beds are comfortable and hotel was facing a significantly safer area.

Cons:

I guess the room is not meant for 8 pax. There are few, like only 2 pairs of slippers and toiletries on our first day in the hotel (although they give us for 8 pax after we approach them, except the slippers), a pendant light with a switch covered that you can’t turn on, an overflowing shower area (maybe because of the plumbing issues), a little congested, but it is manageable.

Nice but lacked a window
Pros:

Great location right across from Park Mall, and everything was clean in the room. I also liked that it had a separate entrance for guests, and the weight room was 24 hours per day.

Cons:

There was no window. Instead there were curtains to make it look like there was a window. I learned about this after the booking but before my arrival. That was the biggest thing that marred this otherwise decent room.
