Everything the property could do to make the accommodation pleasant was done. They were great.
Pros:

At arrival the room was clean and everything was in order. We had fresh towels, there was always hot water, the AC worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was excellent (fast and stable), the fridge was ice cold, the interior of the building and the lobby were very comfortable, nice and clean.
The staff were very helpful and approachable, they made sure everything was always in order and even helped us book a cruise. On check in they were pleasant and the check in process was very easy and well done. We payed the agreed upon price at the property and got our key straight away.
In the local area there is a Carrefour SA and a very nice bakery and Taksim square is relatively close.
Everything that I will say in the “What I didn’t like”about the property could not be helped by the staff. So I am very happy with my stay and grateful to them for everything.

Cons:

The property is located on a bit of a steep hill when going to Taksim Square, but it is nothing too serious, only a couple of meters.
The neighborhood is a bit dirty and dreary, but the property can not do anything about it.
Because of the dirty neighborhood there is a very small scent, a bad smell, but you will notice that most of Istanbul smells like this, so again this is not something the property can help.

Pros:

Расположение не далеко от площади Таксим. Отличный кондиционер не дал нам замерзнуть, было тепло. Горячая вода без перебоев. Номер чистый. Есть чайник. Фото полностью соответствуют действительности. Дружелюбный персонал. Есть крутой спуск к отелю, но это Стамбул. Если вы любите гулять пешком, то таких спусков-подъемов по городу очень много. Для нас это не проблема.

Pros:

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Ambienti pulitissimi. Apprezzabile anche la vicinanza di un piccolo supermarket/tabacchi (praticamente sotto l'hotel) e di diversi ristorantini raggiungibili attraversando la strada.

Cons:

Nonostante l'ubicazione dell'Hotel si vicino a piazza Taksim, per raggiungere quest'ultima (in cui ci stanno metropolitana, negozi e hotel lussuosissimi) si deve percorrere una ripida salita a piedi in cui i guidatori turchi non tengono molto conto dei pedoni.
L'hotel (due piani) non ha ascensore.
Questi primi due aspetti devono essere tenuti in considerazione da chi ha difficolta a deambulare.
La zona durante la sera diventa poco raccomandabile. Gente che schiamazza e urla.....
La vicinanza alla moschea di piazza Taksim include gli avvisi del muezzin per la preghiera: tenendo conto che il primo è all'alba, bisogna considerare che sa affettuosamente di sveglia.

Pros:

The pictures on the site differ from the reality. The area and the street are very steep, making it difficult to walk on this street. The staff are very cooperative. Regarding the cleaning, the room was cleaned only once.

Çok temiz ve Taksim meydanına 10 dakika yürüme mesafesi. Yokuş olması dezavantaj.
Odalar küçük ama WC Banyo tertemiz.
Yakup ve Hasan bey çok ilgili insanlar.
Hasan bey karşı tarafta Urfa kebapı tavsiye etti mutlaka uğrayın derim.
Habertürk yayın yönetmeni Mehmet Akif Ersoy beyide orda çorba içerken gördük.
Tek çeşit Ezogelin çorbası var ama harika!!!

Temizlik konusunda bana güven vermeyen bi yer oldu kendi yastık kılıfımı takıp uyudum tuvalet banyo da aynı şekilde idare eder durumdaydı akşam su sıkıntısı yaşadık bi anda duşta su azaldı. Müşteriler gelmeden önce odayı havalandırmaları gerek diye düşünüyorum. Mahalle olarak tekinsiz bir konumda otopark dedikleri de dik yokuş çakıllı. Fiyata göre ortalama fakat fiyat performans diyemem.
