It is cheap but could use some care.
Pros:

value for money I suppose it was okay but refill was bad, last year was better

the hospitality of the staff, friendly

Cons:

i asked for balcony, but whole hotel has no balcony, at least not for persons, only for airco, and was not able to reach balcony. as smoker is always handy to have balcony, now everytime i wanted to smoke i had to go to entrance near lobby to go outside, from 5th floor. and yes i know it is my handicap. but i never booked here if i was not able to book room with balcony. and my room had balcony, on paper pity

Room is clean. Buffet breakfast is OK on average.
Pros:

The breakfast at RP 100,000 was reasonable as well as the spread of items.

Cons:

There was little choice in the buffet. Only one type of meat per day. Expect to have at least two meats - chicken and fish.
