Pros:

Room is clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Though the description says the room I booked had a view of the lake. There is no lake in the vicinity, there’s a building. The restaurant however was my issue, I was billed differently despite the menu showing a different price then was forced to pay because only the director could fix the issue. Not happy

Pros:

The hotel was great value for money. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food was great. All of the staff were friendly and providing exceptional service. My stay there was very enjoyable

Pros:

Great value and service at a very affordable price. Reminiscent of a hotel room someone from the west might be used to.

Pros: Very clean, staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, breakfast is fresh and very good.

Cons: water in the shower didn’t get very hot (luke warm at best) water pressure isn’t very strong. Stairs are required to get up to the room. This was fine for us but wouldn’t be good for someone with mobility issues. Off the main road by quite a bit and was confusing to get to; signage was limited.

Overall, would totally stay there again.
