Pros:

清潔で明るい居室とホール。寛げる安眠ベッド、選べる枕と室内着に美肌の温泉風呂と余裕ある駐車場に美味しい朝食。全てがリラックス出来るシンプルですがコンパクトで優秀なホテルです。

Cons:

エレベーターが一つだけなので混むと移動に時間がかかります。

Budget price, modern building, but tiny rooms
Pros:

Good location for 10 minute walk to railway station. Friendly staff, but almost no English language spoken rooms and hotel were clean.

Cons:

Rooms are tiny dash more like an economy, cruise ship cabin, then a hotel room. Absolutely no space for luggage. Access to the bed is via one side only, so one person has to climb over the other to get in/out of the bed.

Overall it is a better offering for accommodation in Sano.
Pros:

Onsen, happy hour drinks, toiletries. On site laundry was good.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator- needs another. A twin share room should be 2 single beds - not a single bed squeezed in next to a double bed; because this makes the room too cramped and small , with no room for luggage. Better coffee machine required.

全てにおいて、大満足！
Pros:

久々のホテル利用で、感激しました。先ず、全てに関して清潔感がすごい。鍵は不要で、浴室も暗証番号で楽。お水は、飲用、室内バスも、イオン水！アメニティも、パックまで選べ、ついていけないくらい満足。パジャマの今流行の疲れが取れるやつ！枕も選べる。温泉も、到着時から朝9時まで利用でき、夜中目が覚め、明け方4時に入浴。外は見えないけど、循環型の温泉でも、肌ツルツルで、大満足。ウエルカムドリンクも、お酒飲む人は最高ですね！来年も法事があり、必ず、利用させていただきます。

Cons:

マッサージ機とかは贅沢ですよね。強いて言えば、氷が見つからず、あったらいいな、ぐらいで、不満はほとんでありません。ご利用者も常連さんが多いように思いました。

ホテルスタッフの方に感謝いたします。
Pros:

７階の部屋だったが妻が高所が苦手で、下の階へお願いしたら快く２階にしていただいた。
スタッフの女性に感謝です。妻も大変喜んでいました。

Cons:

ホテルの周りに飲食店がなく夕食も車で出かけ飲酒できなかった

朝、富士山が見れてとても快適でした。
Pros:

まだ肌寒い季節でしたので温泉がとても気持ちよかったです。　那須の温泉と聞き3回程入浴して疲れ知らずでした。
朝食も種類が豊富で食べ応えがあって良かったです。　パンも美味しかった。

Cons:

エレベーターが１つしかなかったので利用しずらかった。
