Maalesef çoğu şeyi beğenmedim çünkü içeri girmek bir sorundu ilk gün ve Yağmur’la havada çok islandi hastalandık bunun üzerine tesis çok temiz değildi hatta iki kişi kalmamıza rağmen bir tane havlu set vardı ilk gün o kötü deneyimden sonra yatagin üzerinde böcek gördük

La cucina era puzzolente e sporca, come se nessuno la pulisse da tempo. Cibo infilato negli sportelli senza senso e da non si sa quanto. Inutilizzabile.
All’esterno c’erano sacchetti di immondizia che nessuno ha mai portato via

Abbiamo prenotato la camera con bagno privato, pagando un sovrapprezzo, ma nella doccia non c'era l'acqua calda, cosa che ci ha costretti ad utilizzare il bagno in comune. Nonostante avessimo tempestivamente avvertito la struttura, il problema non è stato risolto. Inoltre, al nostro arrivo abbiamo raggiunto il luogo che ci avevano indicato per ritirare la chiave, ma la chiave non c'era.
Per non parlare delle condizioni in cui abbiamo trovato la moquette in camera...sporca e piena di macchie.

As mentioned previously, this didn't work out for me but the management are very professional and on hand to sort out any issues swiftly.

Niestety pobyt od 4 do 8 grudnia był bardzo rozczarowujący.
Rezerwację robiłem w imieniu moich córek, dlatego tym bardziej zależało mi na odpowiednich warunkach. Niestety pokój okazał się w złym stanie technicznym i czystości. Wykładzina była brudna i miejscami dziurawa, na roletach znajdował się grzyb, a podobne ślady pleśni były także w łazience. Już pierwszego dnia zgłaszaliśmy brak papieru toaletowego, jednak mimo próśb nie został on uzupełniony – zastaliśmy jedynie resztki po poprzednich gościach.
Dodatkowo przez cały pobyt nie było dostępu do ciepłej wody, a grzejniki pozostawały zimne, co znacznie utrudniało korzystanie z pokoju. Na potwierdzenie wszystkich uwag posiadamy zdjęcia.
Niestety nie polecamy tego obiektu

Overall condition;
Keys collection is messy. Physical room key though provided doesn't work.
Internet is poor.
Mattress not so comfortable.
No toiletries for a shower.
Few mugs in the kitchen. No complimentary drinks.. tea etc.
Washer door not present
Bath and tiles dirty as was the ventilation fan.
No smoke alarms, really on a 3rd floor with a kitchen and multiple occupants!

This place has shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen, but the cleanliness is really poor. I stayed for two nights, and instead of emptying the trash bins and cleaning once or twice a day as expected, the garbage was left overflowing overnight without being taken care of

The manager has been rude, not competitive, he neglects his job, especially the guests. At my first time after on-line checking, I had to looking for the key of building (85 Elgin) in the box in 54 Chippenham street that was empty -next, under a leaf on the ground in front building 85 Elgin where it wasn't also -the end under the window on the ground. I have got this key after 8 email, 2 phone callings and my information to menager about police. All case was during 5 hours. In flat not clair, small room, older furniture, not charge washingmachine, managers me requested to take care his clenair. My check-out was also not nice. He blaimed me that I lost the building's key and request to pay for that. I put this key in my flat after my check-out at 9 am. On my bus to airoport I got the texte at 10:02, so after deadline check-out . Elgin's managers sent me email and was requesting to put building's key in box at 54 Chippenham street. Next he blamed me about the losting the key, requested the many. This building's key was simple YALE key, despite he was wroting me, that the key was special and had to be made outside London etc. His drinking guest lost his key and I will been to pay for that (22 texts). Elgin's menager stopped bothering me when I answer my layer about situation and agree. The key fount in my room, it texted me my peer who stayed in flat. My advise -the contacting with Elaine's manager only via booking.com or layer. Owner this flat not life in England, his menager office in London neglect everyones and everythings.

The photos of the place were not actually accurate to what I was staying in. The carpet was stained, The bed was uncomfortable- you could feel the springs, the fireplace wasn’t exposed and open like that. Owners need to update the photos. The washer was also broken. One of the people staying there says it’s been like that for a couple weeks.

鑰匙真的有夠難拿，我一開始發送兩個 app鑰匙給我，用app就可以開門好方便!
結果整棟的大樓鑰匙還是要到走路10分鐘遠的地方去拿，拖著28吋大行李真的很不方便
環境有點不太好，廚房其實蠻亂的感覺沒有甚麼打掃
浴室也是，第一天到的時候甚至還沒有衛生紙，有跟客服反映，隔天晚上回來才有衛生紙
沒有吹風機也不太習慣，身為一個頭髮及胸的女性，不太敢洗頭，天氣蠻涼的
但至少客服溝通的很順暢

Informaram o código errado para pegar uma chave num cofre vários quarteirões distantes da acomodação. Isto no checkin. O cofre ficava no chão, necessitando abaixar ou se ajoelhar para digitar o código. Código errado, não conseguimos pegar a chave neste dia. Conclusão: perdemos uma noite e um dia. Não houve reparação e nem atenderam a nossa chamada. No dia seguinte informaram o código certo.
