Receptionist is a liar and ruined my trip. The worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Do not book.
Pros:

The golf course

Cons:

The staff were unbelievably poor. The receptionist was the worst receptionist I have ever dealt with in my life.
Repeated lies about a parcel that got posted to the reception and once I found out she was lying she covered this up by further lies.
I then got a Thai person to talk to her and I found out the truth. Ruined my stay and I had a party of 12 people planning to come in June that I have told to go to Red Mountain instead. NEVER AGAIN TO BLUE CANYON.

Pros:

The golfcourses are beautyful and perfectly maintained

Cons:

The rooms are old, aroind the bathtub you find moldy spots, the aircon is totally dirty, some of the staff are rather unfriendly not to say arrogant., the breakfast is just average, unless you are playing golf, there is no reason to stay here

A great place for golf and Spa next to Phuket airport
Pros:

Best combination of golf and spa in Phuket.
Very professional and friendly smiling staff.
Good food

Cons:

Maybe it’s a bit quiet after 9 o’clock when the restaurant closes

Stay only for golfing and it’s more like a 3 stars hotel at max
Pros:

Views from the balcony overlooking the golf course. Friendly staff. Good room service.

Cons:

Very poor water pressure, extremely poor lighting in toilet, although shaded you can’t sit in the balcony when it rains. Terrible massage in the spa.

Blue Canyon was super and very convenient to the airport
Pros:

We had lunch and dinner overlooking a fabulous golf course. Food was excellent.
POM looked after us very attentively.
Quaint request for 3,000 BHt on checkin but returned at checkout no problem.
Rooms are very well equipped with bath and shower.
Super shuttle service to the airport 15 minutes.

Cons:

We had no time to play golf but we’ll be back.
