Pros:

EL apartamento es para cuatro personas, pero nosotros eramos dos y no nos parecio amplio. Se me ocurre que si fueran cuatro solo seria para dormir y en unas camas que no son amplias. Esta ubicado en una avenida pero no esta señalizado por lo que es un tanto dificil de encontrar. Una persona va para recibirte. Te piden que les digas la hora exacta de tu arribo, pero eso es imposible. Nunca se sabe a que hora va a llegar el avion y tampoco sabes cuanto te va a llevar hacer los tramites en el aeropuerto y el viaje hasta el lugar. Esto hace que recien puedas indicarle la hora cuando estas cerca y que cuando llegues no haya nadie y tengas que esperar. En nuestro caso la espera fue de diez minutos. El apartamento esta bien equipado. Los pasillos no tienen ventana ni vidrio, es decir que dan directamente al exterior. En nuestro caso que viajamos en invierno esto hacia que al salir al pasillo debieramos enfrentar un frio intenso. Buena la ubicacion.

Cons:

Se deberia mejorar la forma de recibir al pasajero. Señalizar mejor la entrada. Cerrar los pasillos supongo que es complicado y en realidad esto solo afecta a los que viajan en invierno.

We really enjoyed out time here, it was comfortable and easy walking distance to the train station.
Pros:

This room was compact and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and in a fantastic location - close to the train station, restaurants and other attractions, and there was minimal outside noise.

Disgusting customer service.
Cons:

Rude & aggressive owner who called & abused us because we were 30 minutes (late due to flight delays). Terrible & frightening experience which I would never wish for any other guest.
Also it’s NOT a hotel! It’s a tiny apartment, despite its name.

Apartamento bom para 2 pessoas com sono pesado
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, fica perto de uma entrada de metrô (3min a pé), já tinha todos os produtos que precisávamos no banheiro, pia, etc. O apartamento era limpo e tinha uma sacada que dava pra ver a rua.

Cons:

O apartamento deve ficar perto de algum hospital, passava ambulância a cada 15min que atrapalhava o sono. A cama é muito pequena pra dividir, da pra dormir em dois porém não muito confortável.

It was quite good.

Value for your money! Location is all.
Pros:

The apartment was centrally located and friendly staff!

Cons:

It was limited in size for a group of 3. The beds for 2 persons are small and there is not a lot of space, but as we were out all the time it was not the worst. The availability of the terrace did help.

It could have been cleaner though ;)
