Otelin merkez de olması büyük artı tek sıkıntı temizliği zayıf ama tekrar temizlik talep ettiğimiz de yaptılar konumunu ve fiyat performans açısından kalınası

Mały pokój z dużym wygodnym łóżkiem, z widokiem na morze, a w zasadzie na głośny port. Łazienka mała z kabiną prysznicową. Hotel z windą w dobrej lokalizacji od placu Ataturka. Możliwość bezpłatnego zaparkowania samochodu przed hotelem lub na parkingu w pobliżu. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Wifi dobre.

Pros:

The hotel manager took us to Trabzonspor match by car. It was really nice! Breakfast at the rooftop has an amazing view. Staff is really nice and they let us park our bicycles in the lobby.

Konaklayamadık rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen otel personeli rezervasyon kontrolü yapmamış ve dolayısıyla odamız ayrılmamıştı otelde başka yer olmadığından başka bir otelde konaklama yapmak zorunda bırakıldık ailecek gece gece mağdur olduk ve yeniden otel aramak zorunda kaldık tam anlamıyla rezaletti ve ücret geri ödemesi tam yapılmadı sizin aldığınız komisyon geri verilmedi hiçbirşekilde memnun değilim ve bu hatanızı telafi etmenizi bekliyorum...
