A good hotel but lacked a touch that would make guests happy

Cost cutting sadly.There was turn down service and..a little choc would not hav cost anything. Amenities in bathroom were not the best.Shampoo bodybwash were in large bottles with tiny tiny nozzle that need at least 10 presses to have a small amount for wash.in hand. We just had stayed in Tokyo in a grand hotel which was top notch so we found Four Seasons very commercial with wow factor just for its building but lacked a touch that was special and made guests happy.
