Pros:

Прекрасное расположение по отношению к выставочному центру.
Если вы приехали на выставку или по работе в этой сфере - это лучший вариант.
Заселили отлично около 12:00, выехали в 14:00.
Апарт-отель в этом случае намного предпочтительнее обычного отеля. Т.к. в номере(квартире) есть возможность приготовить еду, постирать одежду и намного больше пространства (у нас было около 60м2, в то время, как типовой отель 30м2. Депозит не берут как множество отелей в Китае.
Покушать возможностей много: около отеля много кафешек и МС.
Развлечений вокруг нет, до ближайшего ТЦ на такси или метро 30 мин.
Обязательно скачайте и разберитесь в приложении AliPay. Это существенно упростит вам любые действия связанные с 1. оплатой (можно платить прямо приложением абсолютно в любом месте). 2. Вызовом такси DiDi (работает как Яндекс Го или Убер) 3. Заказ товаров (TaoBao) 4. Метро оплата. 5. Скоростной поезд Maglev.
И ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО купите через ALiPay E Sim только данные без звонком (звонить можно через приложение WeChat, работает как Фэйс Тайм, только лучше и стабильнее и в любой стрвне), вы даже не представляете, как это упростит вам пребывание в Китае (я брал 1 Gb в день).
Вообще WeChat шикарное приложение для работы с китайскими партнёрами, хотя я им пользуюсь и на родине. Но для скачивания нужен уже зарегистрированный пользователь, чтобы авторизироваться, с этим могут быть сложности. Я обратился к китайским партнёрам и меня верифицировали.

Pros:

Quarto muito espaçoso e com utensílios para cozinhar e inclusive lavar roupa, muito completo.

Cons:

Café da manhã não estava incluso e o valor era considerável, academia com poucos equipamentos de musculação.

Good place and location
Pros:

I had a 1 bedroom apartment ,well fitted out and comfort .

Wish they had someone coffee pods.nextvexhibtion there . I will book ahead. Good precinct

Good experience but could improve regarding guests smoking in their rooms
Pros:

Great location to the NECC. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores. Although there was some language barrier, staff at concierge are helpful and polite.

Cons:

Although the property says non-smoking rooms, some guests smoke in their rooms which is really bad. The property should have some rules ti fix this.

Even though it was an appartment, we felt like its a hotel. Regular.cleaning, Everyday.fill.up drinkig water. Front.desk. Location was excellent..

neat ,clean area around is very neat clean and modern ,1min walk mcdonald ,tuk shop 4 star hotel and coffee.5 min taxi ride to subway and air port.
