Pros:

Dear Madam/Sir,
I had a booking with Goroomgo New Green View, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Check-in was on 29/05/2024, check-out was on 03/05/2024. The EXPEDIA ITINERARY Number was- 72839582876201. During the time of check-in, the Hotel authority said the property had already sold out and there was no vacancy. Hence, we can not accomodate you.
I have arranged one more hotel accommodation for myself with greater difficulties.

I request you to please refund my full booking money as soon as possible. Please reply when will you refund me my full booking money?
