Cons:

nichts!

Pros:

A very tidy and clean appointment. Everything what you need is there! Even water & tea.
We loved the shower especially. Great water pressure 👍🏻

Cons:

A bit far from the station if you've suitcases. But you can take a taxi, of course!

Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were warm and friendly.

Cons:

It was a bit of a walk from the nearest train station, and to the nearby supermarket and convenience store too. But it's not a big issue for us.

Best place for a family in the area without having to book 2 hotel rooms.
Pros:

It was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4 (two kids aged 9 and 13). Instructions were clear for checking in and the location was a 10min walk away from JR Rinku Town station.

Cons:

Everything was great.
