Quiet stay
Pros:

Location. Restaurants in the vicinity and in walking distance to the town. The cement block walls were great for sound insulation. Many outdoor seating areas on the property with a bonus sauna and hot tub area.

Cons:

The key door entry was a bit frustrating. Timing needed to be just perfect. Room was a bit small with bathroom sink outside in the main room.

Pros:

nice grounds good location first night relaxing all good

Cons:

no reception or security people second night there were drunk and very loud people on first floor talking outside until 1am. i told them to go inside but they refused. i probably would not stay again.

It was fine. Not anywhere we would stay again if we wanted to be by the lake
Pros:

the rooms were very clean and the beds were nice. The back and front yards looked charming

Cons:

the location was literally off the side of the road, not much to walk to. The blinds needed to be kept closed otherwise people can see in. We could hear the tv through the wall, and the when people are going in and out of their rooms and loud you can hear that too. And then there is the train...

Gravenhurst - Stay Inn Muskoka
Pros:

Excellent location. Close to everything in Gravenhurst. Easy access to Hwy 11 if traveling to Bracebridge or Huntsville. Large bathroom and shower.

Cons:

Room was clean but very "spartan" for fees charged. A bed, a desk and two chairs. No reception. Electronic lock entrance only. Very close proximity to CN railway, but no trains after 10pm.

Excellent place for the price
Pros:

We like the cleanliness and new ementities of the room. Very up to date. The access to the place was easy and close to lots of things for example there was a bar across the street and a nice taco restaurant beside us.

Cons:

There was nothing major that we didn’t like about the place. If I had to pick I would say that there is no light just for the bathroom which was a pain in the ass and also No Cable TV.

Terrible stay, I end up not staying there 2nd night rather give up paid money
Pros:

The only thing ok is they are new renovated

Cons:

AC is too loud . The sound insulation is very poor
Customer service is terrible , they reply message only like a robot

The facilities were good and I would stay again if it didn’t end up costing me $500 a night.
Pros:

I liked that I could check in late as I was visiting friends and was on the water at 3:00 pm

Cons:

So I originally booked for 2 room starting on Saturday, on Wednesday i realized that my two other friends were not coming. I sent a message through the booking site as I couldn’t seem to cancel only one room. I didn’t hear back from anyone but eventually found a way to do the one room cancellation. I received a $10 refund even though the rooms were over $200 each. So in total I paid over $500 for a one night stay in one room. I thought I’d get back the price of one of the rooms.

Clean, quiet, bright and comfy accommodation that I would recommend and certainly book again.
Pros:

Bright, clean, nice decor, great storage, windows that open for fresh air, comfortable seating outdoors, we did not use the sauna or hot tub but that was a special feature, the Twinkie lights at night were fun.

Cons:

I prefer a harder mattress but my friend enjoyed hers so that is a personal thing, facial tissue is usually included, the refrigerator is unusually noisy, an addition of either hooks or towel bar on the back of bathroom door would be very useful.
A heads up about the train would be helpful it startled the heck out of us at 10.30 at night
