It was ok stay.
Pros:

The rooms are ok, the restaurant and the food was ok, location ok. It is by the road. Easy to get tricycles/pedicabs if you want to tour Calbayog City.
We got early checked in without any additional charge.
They do have shuttle car/ van ( not free).

Cons:

No smoking area, not even in the bar up in the 4th floor. You can smoke by the road outside the hotel instead.
Expensive coffees by the cafe beside hotel.

Pros:

at times very hard to secure a parking slot, only 4 parking slots available at the frontage of the property.

Clean and comfortable hotel that is priced well.
Pros:

This is a nice property for the price point. It’s certainly not the four seasons, but it’s clean, comfortable with air conditioning, and there is a nice top floor restaurant. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The parking lot isn’t big enough to accommodate everyone. This lead to vehicles parking behind and blocking our vehicle in. When it was time to leave for the airport in the morning, hotel staff had to figure out who were the owners of the vehicles, wake them up, and have them come move.

I like the Place close to the shopping centre.

Cons:

The rooms is not big is too small it's hard to move. I think enough only for one Person.
