Staff could be a bit better trained to anticipate needs and more accommodating. Breakfast included was a disappointment as you could not ask for more without having to pay extra. It was not sufficient for me.

The room assigned to me faced the main highway. The windows should be double paned or should have some kind of soundproofing. You could hear all the vehicles outside and can't rest properly.

The breakfast doesn't reflect the quality of the restaurant. To be improved.

Only downside was the breakfast, it was good but pretty boring, not much choice, and no tropical fruits haha.
But the staff never complained, when i brought some additional stuff to eat to the breakfast table. So just go to fishmarket and bring your own tropical fruit (and a knife, the knifes they give are not cutting it).

I booked the family room but they did not have enough amenities for us. I had to call the receptionist every time I need a towel, shampoo, soap, hairdryer. It was very disappointing.

Also the room is suffocating - no windows. Also the staff in the restaurant could have been more accommodating, the price shown upon order was not the as the price upon billing and when asked they said the price wasn’t updated. Also the pork sisig was surprisingly sweet. And when I told the chef it was sweet, he said no it wasn’t and did not even apologize. I will not book it again.

Unfortunately, the service was poor. Our room was not prepared when we arrived, and we had to ask for towels and toiletries. We also noticed hair on the pillows, which made us unsure whether they had been properly washed or changed.

The only thing missing is a phone inside the room, and a water bottle refill station available (we need to ask front desk staff to refill for us). No big deal though.
