Convenient location, responsive & knowledgeable staff, made my choice agreeable & repeatable.
Pros:

Selection of drinks, refreshments, was good. A variety of hot courses were well presented. Cutlery, glasses and plates were always clean, dry & available in different sizes.
Tables and chairs were clean & in very good condition. Floor, doors entrance areas were clean, well lit, plenty of natural light & well ventilated.
Plenty of attentive staff, well versed in social distancing.

Cons:

Bread of better quality, diversity of fresh fruit, blueberrys, bananas, grapefruit & dates

The food, the rooms, the staff, everything is the best! However, the wifi is very poor in the area due to the army settlements near by.

Pros:

Amazing experience, beautiful and clean rooms, well maintained property and the staff was really nice and helpful. Loved the architecture of the building, gave an experience of real culture. The best thing is it's right across the airport, and they provide free shuttle services.

Beautiful but service needs serious improvement
Pros:

Beautiful property, location very convenient near the airport. We stayed in the 2 bedroom chalet which was beautiful but could use some more natural light.
Staff were inexperienced but generally kind. Our initial booking was messed up but the GM was very kind and sorted things out for us.
Food was delicious but ridiculously expensive and service quite slow.

Cons:

Inexperienced staff would easily get overwhelmed especially during busy times.
Breakfast was subpar with the same items repeated on the menu every single day. Many days items would run out at the buffet with poor refills.
Incredibly slow service, a cup of tea can take over 45 minutes to arrive.
