Bell’albergo nel centro di Mombasa, pulizia eccellente, personale disponibile e cortese, buon ristorante con ampia scelta nel menù, buona anche la colazione. Direi ottimo anche per uno stop and go di una notte a Mombasa.

Short but good stay. Receptionist (name begins with a J) was very welcoming and helpful.

It was a bit noisy due to location on a main road and it also has events on property, which makes sound travel.

It was really neat and beautiful. The room was clean and smelled really nice, also breakfast was nice as well.
Lovely Staff and it has a modern design.

Kahvaltı Akdeniz kahvaltı kültürüne alışık biri için zengin değildi. Ama her oteli kendi kültürü içinde değerlendirmek doğru olandır. Burada kahvaltıdan daha ön planda tuttuğum şey. Otel ve odaları temiz ve ferahtı. Ayrıca Resepsiyon ve restaurant görevlileri güleryüzlü, misafirperver ve ilgiliydiler. Konumuda gayet güzeldi.

Cons:

Ben oteli beğendim. Birdaha gidecek olsam yine aynı oteli tercih ederdim.

Perfect stay for one night in Mombasa with our little family!
Pros:

Great hotel at perfect location from the old town tour the next morning. Lovely clean room with great shower. Super friendly, helpful staff, especially incredibly sweet to our 1year old. Great breakfast!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein super Zimmer, ein super Frühstück zum mitnehmen, inkl Kaffee haben wir bekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, alles saubrr und ein gutes Bett. Wir können es jedem empfehlen.

I especially appreciated the welcome basket of fresh fruits—a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel warm and inviting. The receptionist was friendly and helpful (though I, unfortunately, can’t recall her name). The décor throughout the room was tasteful and well done. Overall, excellent work by the team.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connectivity was a significant let down and quite disappointing, especially for guests who may need reliable internet access. Additionally, the hotel lacks a balcony or dedicated outdoor sitting area for relaxation. While I’m not fully aware of the structural possibilities, it may be worth considering creating a small sitting space on the rooftop or another suitable area to enhance the guest experience.

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. This was great value for money, considering breakfast is included, and breakfast options were good. The location was convenient to get to nearby attractions.

Cons:

Not the best view from our room and the window was not a good enough barrier from the outside noise. We struggled a bit with the hot water, but worked around it.
