Pros:

The room was spacious, the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The food was also very good, my kids who are picky eaters all thoroughly enjoyed their meals. We even had to order seconds. It was such a great experience.

Excellent location on the edge of Old Town, and despite being in the city center, it was very quiet. Room was comfortable and came with a plate of fresh fruit, toiletries, and cushy towels. Staff were super helpful with directions, helped with luggage storage during the day, and even helped me to secure a tuk-tuk to the local Stage. Breakfast was a masterpiece -- a buffet with Swahili and international breakfast food, drinks, amazing espresso drinks, and fresh juice. If you plan to stay in Mombasa, I highly recommend this place.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

An excellent stay! The hotel was wonderful, and clean .The highlight was definitely the staffs. Every team member was accommodating and extremely helpful at all times. They truly went above and beyond the morning of our check out. Since we had an early train to catch and had to leave before 6:00 AM, they kindly provided us with a packed breakfast to take on our journey. That kind of thoughtful service made our trip so much easier. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

The room was very basic for the price, we were placed next the maintenance room/office so there was constant noice. Muggy smell in the corridors

True hospitality! 100/10!
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing and perfect. From the warm welcome of the team, to spotless rooms, comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. Would always come back.

Cons:

We booked for four, but had only three shower towels. Since the kids were able to share, that was not much of a problem.
