Pros:

Breakfast and the staff at the restaurant were really welcoming

Cons:

Hot water was not available on day one of my stay and took 3hours for engineer to come to fix.Lady at the reception was kind enough to extend a late checkout.

Premium Inn Mombasa City offers a comfortable stay in a convenient location.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The offerings were honestly more than I had anticipated, so I feel that I got more than I bargained for. In terms of a healthy spread, fiber, carbs, and proteins were all present. The service at breakfast was also great.

Cons:

There isn't much that could have been better. The only hiccup was when I returned to my room on the second day to find that my key card wasn't working. However, a staff member quickly helped get my card up and running again.

Cons:

J’ai fait la betise de marcher pieds nus dans ma chambre apres la douche… j’avais les pieds tout noirs!

Hotel czysty, śniadanie słabe i brak profesjonalizmu obsługi. Nie wrócimy.

Cons:

Śniadanie słabe, Lokalizacja o ile blisko "centrum i kłów" to okolica nie zachęca. Sam park obok kłów zaskoczył negatywnie - góry śmieci i bezdomni.
Dwie sytuacje na duży minus :
1. Po check-in o 2:30 w nocy chcieliśmy się wyspać, mając na uwadze, do której jest śniadanie, więc o 8 rano wstaliśmy. Gdy byliśmy w łazience, ktoś z obsługi zadzwonił dzwonkiem do drzwi pokoju, po czym po chwili (kilka sekund) użył swojej karty do otwarcia drzwi.
Żona nie mogła zrozumieć o co chodzi, więc wystawiłem głowę z łazienki i zrozumiałem że chcieli zapytać czy wszystko w porządku. Rozumiem, gościnność ale priorytetem powinna być prywatność i profesjonalizm. Wchodzenie do pokoju w celu zapytania czy wszystko OK to przekroczenie pewnej granicy.
2. Po śniadaniu około 10 tego samego dnia wybraliśmy się do parku Hallera i Fort jesus, po powrocie około 15:20 nasz pokój zastaliśmy otwarty i nikogo z obsługi wewnątrz ani w pobliżu (drzwi uchylone na pół metra i widoczne nasze rzeczy wewnątrz). Tak uchylone drzwi jak w pustych, przygotowanych pokojach.
Na szczęście nic nie zginęło, ale nie wiemy czy te drzwi były uchylone minutę czy godziny. I po co w sumie? Każdy inny gość hotelu mógł tam wejść.

Właściwie te dwie sytuacje sprawiają, że nie chcielibyśmy pozostać tam dłużej i cieszyliśmy się że następnego dnia wyjeżdżamy na safari.

Hotel molto carino, pulito, staff gentile e disponibile.
Lo staff alla reception è molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Ti aiutano in tutti i modi, cercando di suggerirti soluzioni ai tuoi dubbi o ad organizzare delle escursioni.

Cons:

Il servizio ristorante, in quanto hanno sbagliato l'ordine e i camerieri non sono molto rapidi e sono poco ricettivi.

Mombasa legjobb szállása
Pros:

Évente átlagosan 20 hotelben szállok meg, és Kenyában is 5 különböző szállást próbáltam már ki, így van viszonyítási alapom. Ennek alapján azt kell mondanom, hogy hosszú évek során ilyen prémium szálláshoz még soha nem volt szerencsém. Több európai hotel is tanulhatna tőlük. A járatom késett, és csak este érkeztem, de ennek ellenére megvártak a bejelentkezéssel. A szoba tisztasága, felszereltsége és mérete lenyűgözött, nem akartam hinni a szememnek. Az ágy kényelmes volt, a fürdőszoba tiszta, és rengeteg törölközőt biztosítottak. A szobaszerviz is kimagasló volt, a személyzet pedig rendkívül professzionális, nincs olyan kérés, amit ne teljesítenének. A szoba klimatizált, a falak vastagok, így a külső zaj egyáltalán nem szűrődött be. A reggeli minősége szintén tökéletes volt. Uber sofőrök gond nélkül odatalálnak. A hotelhez minden nagyon közel van, gyalog is könnyen bejárható. Remélem, hogy az értékelésem eljut a menedzsmenthez is, szeretnék gratulálni nekik! Az ár-érték arány is kiváló volt, ennyi pénzért egyszerűen nincs hasonló szállás Mombasában! Vissza fogok térni Önökhöz, nagyon szépen köszönöm!

Cons:

Csak annyi problémám volt, hogy túl rövid ideig maradtam. Ha tudtam volna, hogy ennyire jó a hotel, végig itt maradtam volna!

The room was clean, updated, the bed super comfy

Cons:

Registration staff on the night shift was very rude, told a guest coming to visit, she could not without paying first, demanding we only visit in the lobby. Airport shuttle arrived for my advanced scheduled pickup almost an hour late, refused to offer any reduction in the cost. The view from my room was a moldy wall of the building next door
