Pros:

Rooms require refurbishing, bathroom sink was not working, shower water was coming out to the open area and it was not ideal situation, at a same price we found Hilton with better service and standard

Pros:

I will start with what I liked : they have good blackout curtains that really block sun lights. And the staff was respectful and nice. That's all.

What I didn't like is : rooms that I stayed in were dirty. I had to change rooms during my stay.

The first one was really gross, especially the bathroom. I saw cockroaches in the room. When I got there, there was leftover food in the fridge, which means that they didn't clean thoroughly after the previous guess.
And after 2 nights, I just couldn't take it anymore and I asked for another room.

The 2nd room was cleaner, but the faucet in the bathroom leaked water, so it was unusable.
Plus there was a constant loud noise coming from another room 24/7 (I don't know what it was exactly) that made it impossible to fall asleep. I had to use earplugs and even then, it was tough.
One day I wanted to do laundry. And the washing machine was like a jet engine. It was so loud and vibrating so strongly that I had to leave the room and come back later. And guess what, when I came back after a whole day out, I realized that the cycle had failed and the machine was displaying an error message. So my clothes were still dirty and soaked.

The hotel itself had a weird smell. And they know it, so they have this very strong scent in the ventilation system to cover it but it was not good.

In short, this was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel, and I cannot recommend this place to anybody.

LIMPIEZA EN TU CUARTO
Pros:

En general bien el personal muy amable y siempre atendían con esmero nuestro requerimiento. Nos percatamos que si no dejabas la llave del cuarto no hacían la limpieza. Por ejemplo las tasas no te las cambiaban y se quedaban sucias entonces tenias que hablar para que sucediera.
