Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the mini fridge was very convenient. Overall the small room for one person was excellent.

Pros:

Everything was great but do not expect much from the onsen. Onsen is very small but still good enough for me.
Breakfast was awesome, typical Japanese style buffet breakfast with lots of options to choose from. 5 minutes walk from Chiba station. Easy check in process. Free drinks provided but within certain timing.

くつろげた
Pros:

JR千葉駅から直ぐにも関わらず静かな立地がとても良かった。
温泉があって大きな湯船で足を伸ばしてゆっくり浸かれる事で疲れも癒やされました。エコや無駄をなくす試みがある一方でリファのドライヤーやイオン水のシャワー等プラスの心遣いがあって良かったです。

Cons:

お部屋のユニットバスの洗面台が狭いこと。蛇口の形状と洗面台のボールがアンマッチなので手を洗うのはなんとか問題ないが、洗顔する時はかなり用心して洗わないと水浸しになりがち、私は気になったので都度タオルで拭いてました。なのでハンドタオルのようなものを1枚最初から設置していただけるとありがたいです。

Pros:

3泊4日だったが、大浴場があるのでのんびりできた。
朝食も美味しかった。
食事スペースで勉強もできたので落ち着いて過ごせた。

Cons:

宿泊中に大浴場が壊れて時間で男女風呂が入れ替わりの対応になってしまった。

普通です。
Pros:

駅から近くてとても良かった。
なんか買い忘れたりとかしたらコンビニがあったのは良かった。
たまに使わせてもらうけど、枕とか自分好みに選べるからそれが良かった。

Cons:

特にないんですけど、せめて言うなら各階ごとに電子レンジがあった方が良かったなぁーと思います。
