It was ok.
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Lots of wear and tear in the room. Bed was not that comfortable and it was VERY loud. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels in CDMX this one was incredibly loud. We also opted for a room with a balcony for a higher price - the balcony overlooked an active construction site.

Nice property, but too noisy for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The view was nice, but since the apartment was only on the 6th floor, it wasn’t as good as I expected. I requested an upper-floor apartment from reception, but my request was not accommodated.

Cons:

It was very noisy because it faced the main street. We could hear constant traffic and ambulance sirens throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep

ULIV is a great choice. Lovely room at an amazing price point!
Pros:

Easy, contactless check in process. Room was clean, modern, and well-appointed. Very affordable. I’d definitely stay at a ULIV property again!

Cons:

Located on a very busy street, so a little noisy. Uber pickup spot was around the corner on a quieter side street, which was a little confusing at first

Pros:

The staff were lovely and super helpful. The room was adequete size with a large fridge.

Cons:

The hotel is located next to a main road and is quiet noisy, even at high levels. There was also a construction site next door.

Pros:

We stayed here as two girls visiting from Chicago, and overall had a great experience. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the FIFA World Cup Fan Fest, and there were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and things to do nearby.

The apartment had all the basic amenities we needed, the Wi-Fi worked well for us, the A/C was excellent, but the shower would run out of hot water.

The biggest downside is the noise. Other reviewers weren't exaggerating it is **very** loud because the building sits on a busy intersection. Even as city girls who are used to noise, we were surprised by how constant it was. Throughout the day and night you'll hear sirens, honking, street vendors (including the tamale trucks), and general city traffic. We could also hear other guests unlocking and opening their apartment doors from the hallway.

I had ear plugs and my white noise machine and it was still loud. Otherwise, the location and overall value made it a great stay, and we'd consider staying here again.
