It was great to have a few days on our trip where we could settle and make it homely, including the use of kitchen, laundry and gym.
Also having deal with logistical issues with hurricane Simon delaying us from getting to Puerto Vallarta, Andreas was amazing and helpful in sorting out an additional nights stay
There are some parts of the property that could do with a refresh or fix, one of the lift buttons on our floor didn’t work and a number of laundry machines were out of order too.
The only other thing is just being aware that this property is on a main road so traffic can sometimes be noisy. Particularly on the lower floors. There’s nothing that can be done to change this but guests should be aware
The room is spacious, very clean, modern and the location is perfect . Will definitely stay at this hotel again and I highly recommend this place!!
Staff was friendly and helpful and the location was great and central to everything. Felt safe and clean.
AC in room was very loud and kept turning on and off and making clubking noises on its own. There was noise from outside and in hallways too but it was also in the city so some outside noise was expected
Location was pretty much the only thing we liked about this property.
The room was dirty, the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped, and the walls need to be repainted. It was also super loud and the room did not cool.
The view from our terrace was great, but the state of it was less than impressive and the furniture was of little note. The rooftop terrace was nice, them having a bar up there was fun.
The windows are so thin! You could hear everything from the ground, even on the 13th floor. I was surprised house keeping was extra, for not being a budget hotel, I would expected some service, at least garbage collection a few times. And we had to ask for toliet paper, they only had 2 small rolls in double room meant for up to 4 adults. How is that enough?

El piso de madera estaba mal puesto habían una duela salida, un spot del techo estaba colgado, el piso de la regadera estaba manchado de amarillo. La mesita de comedor estaba despintada y manchada con pintura de otro color.

La ubicación y el personal. El apartamento, grande y cómodo, la cama fantástica. El salón un poco oscuro al no tener casi luz natural.
