Pros:

Had everything we needed for a 3 week stay. Staff were very nice and helpful. Loved our balcony and view!

Cons:

I didn’t realize when booking that the beautiful roof deck wasn’t accessible by elevator and my husband can’t climb that many stairs, so we weren’t able to utilize it which was really disappointing. I didn’t think to ask before I booked.

Only that its located on a busy street. However it is convenient for visiting both Roma north and Condesa districts.

Wonderful location in Roma Norte. Clean and modern, but lacking in ambience. Great staff.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful, without exception. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean--but a little soulless. We loved the rooftop bar. Location in Roma Norte can't be beat--wonderful cafes and restaurants are a quick walk away.

Cons:

The building is on a busy intersection, so crossing streets on foot is a little hairy, but doable. Rooms are loud due to heavy traffic, even on floor 13. Lots of sirens and horns honking. I sleep in earplugs, so it wasn't a problem. Our room had a southeastern exposure, which made it hard to cool down in the mornings. Better in the afternoon and evenings. Biggest complaint: the water stopped running during my shower one morning; I was barely able to rinse off (and wasn't able to finish my shower). The hotel gave us a free cleaning in exchange for the inconvenience, which was nice.

Overall, it was okay
Pros:

No breakfast at this location. Location was convenient.

Cons:

No blow dryer in the room. When I asked at reception, they said that the facility was completely full 150 rooms and they only had 100 blow dryers. If one became available they would put in my room. Never did

Ruido y falta de insonorización. Imposible descansar.

Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación.

Cons:

RUIDO. Ruido por todos los lados. Vas a un hotel a descansar y fue imposible.
En el terreno de al lado están haciendo una obra muy grande y desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 8 de la tarde están con constante ruido de maquinaria. En la habitación entra el ruido por todos los lados ya que la "ventana" no está bien cerrada.

LIMPIEZA. Te lo venden como un hotel y no es un hotel, en 5 días no entraron a limpiar, eso no es un hotel. Te envían mensajes de que puedes pagar por limpieza extra (no entiendo lo de extra, ya que no existe limpieza).

Sin duda no volveré a ese hotel.

Excellent location and comfortable - very helpful staff.
Pros:

Excellent location, a good kitchenette, lots of space, and a private balcony with a great city view. The staff were very helpful and friendly - early morning check-in was easy and straightforward. The roof-top bar (open each evening) is a must visit for the view and drinks. A very secure area with many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores close by. A comfortable bed, and air-conditioning.

Cons:

Some of the living room furniture and fridge is getting tired, but still functional. No safe for valuables (not sure that is really an issue).

Pros:

- appartement spacieux, fonctionnel et bien équipé
- cuisine fonctionnelle
- localisation
- salle de sport
- personnel à l’accueil
- possibilité d’échanger avec le service client via WhatsApp

Cons:

- pas de fenêtre dans le séjour, et fenêtre avec un volet fixé dans la chambre - il fait nuit en permanence dans tout l’appartement
- ménage très approximatif
- très bruyant : j’étais au 13eme étage et chaque nuit j’étais réveillé par les cris des passants, les sirènes de police
