The staff is amazing. Sayd, Sofia, Lamia, all off them were so friendly with us. We should stay in another place in the next days, but we changed our reservation to stay at Smith 2 more days
Breakfast, staff and the room. Everything is incredible! The service of taxi too! Mr. Abdul was very nice. Good cars and pontuality.

I had a booking 13-14.06.25. CONFIRMATION NUMBER: 6515.746.399. When I arrived at the hotel (late evening), I found that all four rooms I was assigned were smoking ones, and they had an awful smell. I had to stay in really non-demanding facilities in Ethiopia, so I can't say that I'm a fastidious customer. That was inappropriate. The Staff said they can't suggest something else. I had to move to another hotel. The Smith Hotel charged me $ 75 and never responded to my claim for a refund. No money returned.

It is not a 4 stars hotel at all. There no doors at the shower and with plenty of molds in it. Too outdated rooms. Our room has never been cleaned during 3 days stay.
Don’t be fooled by inadequate ranking (8.9) and stars.

The staff were lovely and very attentive at the hotel, helping us with everything we needed. The room was okay and breakfast was nice.
The toilet kept breaking and the rooms are a bit outdated. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable either.

The location is very good close to supermarket, eateries & there is a big mall in the walking distance. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
They still need to improve accessibility & clearness of the reception & common areas . The breakfast needs more varaities.

A very centrally located heritage kind of a hotel in Baku. The metro station is at a walkable distance and even the cabs to all popular places is easily available at very cheap prices.
The best thing about the hotel is the staff. The night manager, Qadir is very helpful and will suggest some great places to see Baku nightlife. Saed and Niaas (i am not sure of the spelling) are also very very kind and helpful. Iqbal, Jaffar, the whole staff are helpful and kind and very friendly and will suggest you everything you can do around the city. I would recommend this place to everyone looking to visit Baku.
The breakfast can be improved a bit with some vegetarian options.
