Location, value for money with a large clean room.
Pros:

Great location and value for money for us travelling. The room was larger than anticipated, lovely and clean and a comfy bed.
The surprise was that breakfast was included in the price.

Pros:

breakfast was ok, I enjoyed it but my daughter and husband only had toast. they didn't enjoy the cooked breakfast.

Cons:

more variety at breakfast, muffins, pastries.
we visit every year because our daughter plays AFL for the Giants, last year when we visited the sauna, pool table and basketball courts were under maintenance and this year they were under maintenance too. will they every be fixed I'm wondering?

The room is tidy and clean. The beds were extremely soft and my kids loved the food and drinks. Facilities are good. Overall it's a 10/10 and we'll definitely come back.

The rooms are clean and spacious and having breakfast included with the bistro at the Archer Hotel
Pros:

The selections offers at breakfast were very adequate, fresh and tasty. A free coffee machine would be a nice addition.

A good value for money friendly hotel that needs a little refurbishing.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff.
Fabulous cooked breakfast daily and lovely chilled bottles of water provided. Across the car park is the Archer Hotel that served good hearty bistro meals with the bonus of 10% discount on meals and a free drink voucher.
Nice pool.

Cons:

The appearance of the complex appears a bit “tired”. There was damage to the entry door to our unit that needed repairing. It didn’t compromise our safety though.
There were trip hazards in the entry to the bathroom and toilet as they were on a different level.
