Comfortable hotel close to the airpot, late check-out and transfer available
Pros:

It's a nice and clean hotel not too far from the airport, with very comfortable rooms and good WiFi. They also offer free shuttle from/to the airport (one way), and booked us a taxi to go to the airport as well. This hotel is super comfortable for those having late or early flights, since they offer late check in and late check out (you just pay half of the regular rate). Would stay again if travelling to Almaty. We also liked the neighbourhood, it was very nice, calm, and full of greenery. We didn't try the restaurant, so cannot comment on that.

Кабельное телевидение не работает.можно было смарт ТВ поставить.душевая не понравилось ,воду надо настраивать там два крана.в общем не удобно при пользовании душем

В общем рекомендую, но с замечаниями
Pros:

Отель выбирал исходя из удобного расположения для работы, чтобы не ехать через центр города по сумасшедшим пробкам. Добираться из и в аэропорт было так же недолго. Отдельный крутой бонус - бесплатный шаттл из или в Аэропорт. Если вас надо встретить, предупреждайте администрацию заранее. Я воспользовался услугой на обратной дороге. Но было бы лучше заказать "встречу" в аэропорту. Таксисты в Алматы нереально навязчивые. Будьте осторожны. Постель, белье, состояние номера, сан узел, душевая, все здорово было. Даже вид из окна на горы очень красивый (в низ на заправку и круглосуточную мойку не смотреть). В коридоре есть куллер с питьевой водичкой. В номере богатый минибар.

Cons:

В номере нет чайника. Ок, есть горячая вода в куллере, но нет ведь даже кружки (пить чай из стакана неудобно).
Приходится закрывать окно на ночь, так как автомойка под окнами круглосуточная и шум от нее достаточно сильный. И важный минус для меня был - Рабочий стол. Да он был, очень даже приличный. Но на нем невозможно работать, так как зазор между поверхностью стула и столом буквально 3см. Также у рабочего стола нет ни одной розетки для ноутбука. Заряжаться приходится у кровати и потом опять возвращаться к столу.

Cons:

Ужасный отель. Как будто Советский Союз попала. Мебель старая, отель находится сбоку от заправки и мойки автомобилей. Завтраки ужасные. На первом этаже у ресепшена воняет гарью.

Pleasant stay with a comfortable room but the location was in the middle of nowhere.
Pros:

The staff were polite and friendly. The room was quite well appointed and reasonable value for money.

Cons:

The staff didn't clarify which date we were arriving as we put the same date for arrival and departure by mistake, so we were left at the airport arrivals without a transfer. However, they kindly arranged for our return transfer to the airport. The bottle collection at 3 in the morning woke us up, as did the constant train horns through the night, and the location was in the middle of nowhere.

Всё хорошо. Хотелось бы, чтобы в номерах всё -
таки был чайник. Когда прилетаешь издалека ночью, хочется попить горячего чаю.Приходится ради этого спускаться в ресторан.
