Рекомендую быть крайне осторожными, фиксировать состояние номера и требовать подтверждение любых удержаний.
Pros:

Из плюсов — ресторан: вежливый персонал, вкусная еда, большие порции, хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Крайне негативный опыт проживания.

При бронировании с нас потребовали залог 15 000 тенге наличными (есть переписка). Заселение было около 22:00, выезд — в 10:00 утра, одна ночь, транзит.

При выселении сотрудники ресепшена заявили, что залог не вернут из-за «испорченного имущества» — якобы окровавленного полотенца. По факту на полотенце было несколько микроскопических точек (~2 мм) после бритья — обычная бытовая ситуация, не являющаяся порчей.

Сотрудники ссылались на необходимость «специальной химии», что выглядело как попытка развода. Залог вернули только после упоминания Booking и намерения оставить отзыв. После этого уговаривали ничего не писать и предлагали кофе.

Дополнительно:
— в номере сильный запах сигарет;
— шторы прожжены.

Perfect place to stay planning to travel by train.
Pros:

Very good location if travelling by train. Very near Almaty Station 1. MART village is also very close to get essentials before travelling.

Однозначно достойный вариант, соотношение цена-качество очень разумное.
Pros:

Хорошие чистые номера, прекрасный завтрак и питание, на ужин детям заказала Бургер и сырные палочки, не смотря на то что дети ооочень привередливые, съели всё. Действительно вкусно.

Cons:

Подушки маловаты, должно быть или 4 на кровати или больше по размеру, матрас жестковат, но если устал, белая чистая постель всё компенсирует)

Супер соотношение цена/качество, сюда можно вернуться и советовать другим
Pros:

Чисто, уютно. Есть возможность раннего заезда за доплату. Трансфер встретил в аэропорту, это очень удобно. В номере удобная большая кровать, отличный кондиционер спас в жару.

Cons:

В номере не хватает чайника для полного счастья

Ottima scelta per una notte ad Almaty prima del volo
Pros:

Qualità molto alta rispetto al prezzo. Camere accoglienti, letti comodi lenzuola e asciugamani da hotel cinque stelle. Transfer e per l’aeroporto gratuito.
