Ok to stay a night between flights.
Pros:

Good location, just across a beautiful park. About 20 minutes from the airport.

Cons:

I sent messages to request the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, and no one replied. No one showed up, so i took a taxi. Next morning I requested at the reception to provide the shuttle for going back to the airport, and the lady on duty told me i was asking too late, and I was supposed to at least let them know at night. Maybe fair, but also no one asked me if I needed one. When I mentioned no one replied to me requests for a shuttle to pick me up for the airport she said “you must hav written outside working hours”. I refused the shuttle and took a taxi to the airport. If you stay there, don’t count on the shuttle at all for the pick up, and ask for the airport drop off well in advance.

Удобное расположение от аэропорта и вокзала Алма-Ата-1. Рядом есть банк и супермаркет.

Cons:

Персонал не смог подсказать что есть рядом. Все пришлось искать самому.

Pros:

Я выбрал этот отель из-за близости к аэропорту и бесплатного трансфера. Все остальное тоже было на высоте. Завтрак на выбор из десятка вариантов.

Cons:

Хотелось бы видеть в номере чайник. Спускаться в ресторан из-за чашки чая не очень удобно

It was ok for a short sleep between flights
Pros:

Shuttle from Airport. But only one way.

Cons:

Wery warm in the room with no possibility to reduce heating. Only option to use AC or to open a window. But with opened window too noisy. Breakfast only as pre selected with no possibilities to customize.
