We went into the room and left. We went to another hotel to stay They should not be allowed to be open

Dirty, plaster peeling off the ceilings and walls. Water dripping through the ceiling. No elevator. Phone didn’t work. Hole in sheets. Curtains laying in the window seal.

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

The whole hotel! From the outside to the inside of the hotel to our room! Ran down & dirty! Food in our fridge from previous people, blankets were dirty, lamps did not work, the TV had no stations.

New owners are despicable
Pros:

Young lady working the desk was polite and poised considering the new owners left her to tell 300 people they had no rooms. Hotel had closed

Cons:

Arrived at hotel and was told they were sold last week. They said they would refund immediately so we could go elsewhere (didn't happen). This all on Hall of Fame weekend,

Seeing there was no towels, wash clothes, soap, cups, wifi, elevators, no t.v and we weren't advised of none of these, it was a horrible exp. And they wont agree to refund me what a joke. Do not waste ur money.

They just sold the hotel and wouldn’t honor my prepaid booking, said they notified booking.com to issue a refund but never did and then would not respond to any communications from booking.com or I and in essence stole my money.

CLOSED and Didn't NOTIFY US!

NOTHING - TERRIBLE to CLOSE the facility and not tell me ! I had a RESERVATION .

Cons:

The facility was CLOSED when I arrived at 5:00 pm. SURPRISE CLOSING ! Refunds were given but it was difficult to find another room at 5:00PM !! Terrible to CLOSE the place and not notify all those with reservations!
MANY others were quite annoyed too.

EVERYTHING, we could not stay and want a refund ASAP. The place was VERY VERY dirty. The elevator was not working. There was no WIFI, cable or anything else. We were advised to contact the booking website and request a refund.
