Nice comfortable hotel close to good amenities
Pros:

location close to Soi Cowboy was excellent.
Reception staff very helpful.
Rooms was larger than expected, and very clean
Would choose to stay there again

Cons:

No breakfast available, but plenty of places nearby to get one
Entry is down an alley with a vape shop and massage place on the corner, not a problem for me, never got hassled, but could be offputting for someone with a nervous disposition

Wouldn’t recommend. Worst hotel of our entire trip.
Pros:

Beautiful and comfortable room in a great location, right in the city centre.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing.

It started at check-in, where we were kept waiting for 40 minutes. The hotel’s card payment terminal wasn’t working, so we were told to walk 16 minutes to the nearest ATM to withdraw cash.

Things got even worse when water suddenly started pouring through the ceiling of our room, soaking both our belongings and the room itself. The manager came to see us and offered us complimentary drinks at the restaurant as an apology. However, when we checked out, we were told we had to pay for those drinks after all, which we refused.

We had also arranged a taxi through the hotel and agreed on a price in advance. The following morning, the price had suddenly doubled.

Another thing that really bothered us was the manager’s attitude towards the staff. We found him quite unfriendly, particularly towards a female trainee who was working there. Ironically, she was the one person who genuinely went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and deserves recognition for her efforts.

Overall, while the room itself was beautiful and comfortable, the poor organisation, lack of professionalism and the way these situations were handled made our stay very disappointing.

Should’ve only been $120 AUD. Way over charged.

Gute Lage, zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ein wenig klein, dadurch dass es ein Eckzimmer war. Aber wir sind absolut ausgekommen. Beim Frühstück könnte die Brot/ Brötchen Auswahl ergiebiger sein. Sonst top.

Nous étions 3 et nous avons adoré passer nos deux derniers jours dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est au petit soin et merci
Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé et nous a permis d’explorer tranquillement le district 1. Nous avons apprécié l’ambiance et le décor de notre chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est généreux et complet. Et la piscine est idéale pour se délasser et se rafraîchir après une journée de visite dans la ville.

Cons:

La salle de bain était très belle mais la douche moins pratique du fait qu’on a de l’eau partout au sol.
