Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent location and good price.
Pros:

The breakfast was quite limited and didn't meet my expectations. There wasn't much variety, and the overall quality could be improved.
The location was excellent. It's within walking distance of Taksim Boulevard, Istiklal Street, and many shops, restaurants, and cafes, making it very convenient to explore the area on foot.

Cons:

Our arrival experience could have been warmer, as the staff didn't seem very friendly on the first day. Thankfully, the rest of our stay was much better. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and eager to help, and they even upgraded our room free of charge, which was a lovely gesture.

Hotel bien placé pour prendre les transports en commun et sinon petit déjeuner à revoir complètement

L'emplacement est très bien, proche de la Place Taksim, des petits commerces présents proche de l'hotel, etc...
Le petit déjeuné n'est pas super, nous avons déja voyager et fait beaucoup d'hotel sur Istanbul, et on trouve beaucoup mieux ailleurs en terme de petit déjeuner

Cons:

Quand nous sommes arrivez le soir à l'hotel, ils nous avions réserver 2 chambres, ils ont voulu nous loger au tout dernier étage (8ème). Le valet n'arrivait pas à ouvrir une des 2 chambres, et l'autre chambre, aucune vue par la fenètre (la vue était fermé avec un auvent du batiment qui se trouvait entre l'étage 7 et 8. Le valet a fait 4x des allers/retours à l'étage 0 (réception) pour essayer d'ouvrir la chambre qui ne s'ouvrait pas. Nous avons attendu 30mn dans le couloir, pour ensuite nous logé au 2ème étage, plusieurs chambres étaient disponible avec une vue meilleur. Je pense qu'ils ont voulu nous logé dans le pire étage (au dernier), même s'il y a un ascensseur...il est toujours sollicité, par moment difficile de l'avoir.

Pros:

Staff were all nice and friendly. Location is close to Taksim yet away from the crowds. Price was good, room was nice, cool and comfortable. Breakfast was good. They clean the room every day.

Cons:

Nothing, but the place could use some maintenance to make it look better.
