Ευγενικό προσωπικό, χαμογελαστοί κ πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Το πρωινό ήταν πλήρες, για αυτούς που δε αποζητούν πολυτέλειες.

Cons:

Το κτίριο, θέλει περιποίηση. Είναι εμφανή τα σημάδια του χρόνου κ της χρήσης

Bad. Scammers. Not even one star and it was rated as four stars!!!
Pros:

Bad smell. Very old. Very dirty. One very small very old elevator and you have to use stairs to get to it. We arrived 16:00 and room was not available!! We booked a room for 3 adults but it was not enough to accommodate 3 adults so we booked another single room and paid cash!!!

Chambre dans le calme, petit déjeuner excellent, personnel très gentil et serviable, service de chambre toujours effectué laissant la chambre très propre, emplacement excellent proche de toutes les animations, super hôtel

Cons:

J’avais la chambre 603, la carté pour ouvrir la porte avait beaucoup de bug et nous mettions plusieurs minutes à ouvrir la porte, la fenêtre de la chambre était condamnée donc difficile d’aérer,
Hormis cela le sejour était parfait

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, tranquilla, comoda,sicura, a 100 metri da Piazza Taksim e circondata da ottimi ristoranti e negozi. Personale attento e cordiale, disponibile in tutto. Ottima pulizia in tutto l'ambiente.

Cons:

Hotel con tre nomi: insegna Hotel STARE , ingresso Hotel MINEO e scheda/chiave della camera Hotel STERA. Già da questo si nota mancanza di organizzazione. Camera 405 molto piccola, la porta del balcone si apriva a metà in quanto bloccata dal letto. Mancanza di scrivania o qualsiasi appoggio per computer o borsa , mancanza di sedia, piccolo armadio con un solo spazio e senza ripiani quindi tenere tutto in valigia, mancanza di appendiabiti. Bagno stessa cosa. Balcone sporco con cavi elettrici pendenti alla parete e vista interna su ruderi abbandonati e fatiscenti. Tutto corredato con foto che allego. WiFi lento e in alcuni casi intermittente. Colazione con poca varietà di salato e mancanza totale di dolce ( nemmeno una caramella) . No yogurt. No succo di frutta. No pane tostato. No fette biscottate. Per frutta una mela. Ho chiesto se potevo avere dei biscotti e mi è stato proposto in cambio una omelette.

Pros:

The hotel service was excellent, the staff were all very kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, very close to the city center which made everything easy and convenient. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

Pros:

The hotel is great, especially the location. Definitely, if we go to Istanbul again, we will choose the same hotel. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good, clean towels, bottles of water, tea, coffee in the room every day... everything is great. We came from Sabiha Gokcen airport, we got on the Havabus for Taxim, which arrives 50 meters from the hotel, perfect!
