Lovely stay and great value for money!
Pros:

The room was spacious, very clean, and the view from the balcony deserves a special mention - absolutely beautiful.

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, which made the stay even better. Easy parking right at the property.

The breakfast spread was good, but I would strongly recommend trying the traditional homemade lunch / dinner offered by the hosts - it was outstanding.

Highly recommended!

Pros:

La habitación es amplia y tiene un pequeño balcón, la cama es muy cómoda y el desayuno es rico. Las chicas que atienden son muy amables. El hotel cuenta con parking privado, lo cual es una gran ventaja.
Si te mueves en coche está a unos 10 minutos del centro de Sarandë y del castillo, y a unos 20 minutos de Ksamil.

אהבנו את המלון הנחמד והנקי, את הצוות המשפחתי, את ארוחת הבוקר. הייתה גם חצר קטנה וחמודה. המלון מרוחק מעט מהמרכז, בשכונה בין בתים פרטיים. (15 דקות בערך)

Zimmer super, grosser Balkon, sauber und modern, Fliesen im Bad sehr guter Geschmack, Frühstück - bestes Frühstück auf gesamter Reise absolut Top, alles frisch zubereitet Spitzen Burek, Personal besonders freundlich, sympathisch - sogar Willkommens Kaffee haben wir bekommen

Tristemente tengo que decir que tuve una desagradable experiencia y no por el servicio era básico acorde con su calificación, y las jóvenes de la familia que llevan el hotel fueron amables en todo momento.
Pero detrás de aquella sonrisa habia una pequeña ladrona.
Creo ser justa y intento siempre ser rigurosa cuando digo algo, y esto no lo diría si no estuviera segura, las cosas que me estaban allí, la pulsera de plata la deje encima de una mesilla con otra bisutería, porque me iba de playa y nunca llevo nada.Se los dijeque me faltaba y que buscaran por detras por si estaba caido, lo ignoraron y no me dujeron nada, despues me di cuenta, que me faltaba una gargantilla de plata que tenia en una bolsa, y una cazadora deportiva con capucha, que nunca saqué de la maleta porque el calor nunca dio esa ocasión.
No merecía la pena perder tantisimo tiempo en denunciar, a punto ya de partir, y no iba a tener ninguna garantía, después de ver el funcionamiento y el comportamiento de mucha gente.
Por eso he optado por publicarlo en Booking.
Para alertar a los clientes, que les podría pasar y a la responsable para que no vuelva a suceder.

It was really comfortable. Very nice and modern bathroom. Spacious and nicely clean room. Very close to a very nice beach and excellent breakfast. All the people were super nice and helpful. Loved our stay.
