Fantastic villa with all facilities that you need for your holiday, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and good air conditioning.
Very secured car park.
Great communication with the owner.
I would highly recommend the villa for leisure or business stay.

Pros:

Quality/price ratio more than excellent. Clean and tidy hous, equipped with all services and comforts, The host, James, and his friend George are extremely kind and available to help you. Given the situation of Saranda, moreover, having a parking space is a huge added value.

Cons:

The house is located in a very chaotic and narrow internal street, aesthetically not very exciting. I specify however that it is not a dangerous area and the local people we spoke to were always friendly

Pros:

The house was located just 10 min walk uphill from the city center, in a very quiet neighbourhood, near the police station.
Everything was new, renovated and spacious. Nothing was missing. It had touches even in particularities which gave me a home feeling rather then a rental unit. Every room was air-conditioned, although it wasnt needed. Internet was great and large screen smart tv was a surpluss.
Great hospitality, cleaness and rediness to respond any requirement.
I really enjoed being in Saranda this time and will definitely come again. The proximity of the house to the city center made me enjoy a comfortable pedestrian holiday in a very warm towny like environment.
