المكان جميل جداً الغرفة حجمها جداً مناسب الصالة والمطبخ رائعين الادوات الموجودة للاستخدام ممتازة ، الاستقبال جداً جداً ممتازين الاخ معاذ والاخ امجد كان في قمة حسن الاستقبال وجاهزين دائما للمساعدة وايضا الموظفين التركيين في الاستقبال لن يبخلوا باي مساعدة الموقع منتاز بالقرب خطوتين من جواهر مول ومحطة مترو شيشلي وعلى بعد محطة واحدة من عصمان بيه

Pros:

Отличное местоположение. Рядом метро и автобусы. Большой торговый центр через дорогу. Много кафе, ресторанов и закусочных. Персонал приветливый и ответственный. Все проблемы решали мгновенно.

Cons:

Звукоизоляции нет. Если заселятся орущие персонажи, то поспать утром не получится. Каждый день какой-то грохот и вопли. Но тут уже не совсем отель виноват.

very friendly staff and perfect location for me
Pros:

the front desk staff was the best. Always nice, helpful and friendly.
The location is fantastic. next to a lot of restaurants/supermarket and the huge commercial center. I was not there for tourism so not sure about the touristic attractions around
the hotel is nevertheless in a very quiet room (at least my room)

Cons:

I could not turn on the air con/heating but I could have asked and I didn't.
there are no tissues in the bathroom

Pros:

Tutto: stanza bella con due camere da letto. 20- 30 Min con mezzi pubblici per arrivare in posti storici. Vicino albergo, pure ,c'era un bar , dove potevamo gustare buon vino 🍷. Staff gentilissimi .
