Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in my life. I would advise no one stay here.
Pros:

There was no redeeming qualities from this stay aside from the WIFI worked and there was a door to close.

Cons:

I wish I could list this as a zero-star review. DON'T STAY HERE!

- The front desk tried to get us to cancel our booking to avoid doing the reservation through booking.com
- Separate price to what was advertised with a 25% extra charge. (Charge more if you don't want to lose money on the commission! False advertising is poor customer service)
- The bathroom had no running hot water nor was the toilet flushing.
- Air con leaking from window on to floor and luggage.
-Offered us another room with no hot water.
-Blamed all issues on rain that happened the night before??
-Owner (Cecilia) was rude and dismissive to my partner when we complained and asked for a one-night refund. Not even a full refund, we just wanted to be refunded for the following night because we didn't want to stay there anymore since nothing was working.
-Proceeded to lie to booking.com and said we never stayed there and used it as a way to dismiss the complaint process. I guess that helps when you take my cash and don't give me a receipt right?
- Cecilia purposefully delayed talking to us knowing full well we had a tour booked for the morning we left and used staff to delay us from seeing her and speaking about the problems and failed to acknowledge any wrong-doing despite having heard her on the phone telling the front desk clerk to make up excuses. (Next time you want to scam someone Cecilia maybe speak quieter?)

A simple and clean place combined with helpful support to a decent cost.
