I loved the bar area, very neat and welcoming. I do enjoy a good atmosphere. Checking in was simple and the parking was also. Do love the quirkiness of bridgnorth! All facilities were great and accommodating. 👍

Worst shower I've ever had, no pressure at all. Original room had a bath but as the heating didn't work we were moved to a room that only had a small shower. The heating in this room didn't work either.
Restaurant is closed on Mondays (the night of our stay) as are many other venues in town.
Great restaurant and bar area, food was delicious, nice old property with plenty of features to see
We found that the double room at the front was too cold in bedroom and especially in bathroom.
Also drainage from the showers were not adequate enough to drain away quick enough and left a pool of waste water to stand in whilst still showering
Lovely bar and restaurant area. The parking was very convenient, just behind the hotel. Staff were very friendly
The room was quite cold, and couldn't work out the heating.
The hotel was clean and comfortable with good public spaces. Staff were pleasant and helpful. My bedroom had a generous supply of hot drink supplies plus mineral water and a biscuit. The breakfast buffet table had less variety than some establishments, but what was provided felt higher quality.
There was an annoying fan (probably a bathroom fan) somewhere on the floor above that was intermittently on most of the night and partially disturbed my sleep. I was in Room 5.
Clean, modern, good food, good beer, helpful staff, great location, easy parking.
Breakfast was good
The staff were exceptionally accommodating, letting us use the car park during the day we checked out so that we could continue the Severn Way walk. The breakfast was first class. Parking availability is clearly a positive and it's hassle free (ignore signs outside saying you need to get a parking ticket - just go into reception and log your vehicle).
Nothing we didn't like. Some people might struggle with being at the bottom of the hill when going into the centre. The room isn't massive and the road outside can be quite busy, neither of which things bothered us at all.

No options to control room temperature. Had to go to reception to get it changed.

Brilliant location, car parking close to hotel, staff amazing, very polite and very knowledgeable about points of intrest in the area. Room beautiful, comfy bed, resturant lovely, food beautiful for both evening meal and breakfast, would definatly reccomend and stay again 10/10 👌👌👌

Hotel and restaurant and bar were stylish and quite upmarket. However the room we were in was very tired and needs updating. The bed was poor quality as was the furniture.
