Cons:

La persona del apartamento contiguo entró en nuestra habitación. Llamamos al teléfono habilitado para posibles problemas y quedaron en darnos una explicación que todavía estamos esperando... Nos generó mucha inquietud en nuestra estancia saber que se podía repetir en cualquier momento.

Le lit n’est pas confortable et les draps étaient sales et ça sentait le pipi et pire il y’avait des taches jaunâtres les serviettes également n’étaient pas fraîche il faisait froid pas de chauffage il y’a un climatiseur mais pas de télécommande pour mettre au moins le chaud je ne parlerais pas de la télé et du wifi qui donnait une fois sur deux par dessus tous ça …enfin bref pas satisfaite 😒

Fantasticky hotel! Pokoje mensi, ale uplne postaci.. v apartmanu se nachazelo vse, co jsme mohli potrebovat - od kafe po zehlicku na pradlo. Pokoj byl krasne cisty a vonavy. Ocenuji krasnou kuchynku, ktera byla i vyborne vybavena. Nesmim opomenout skvelou lokalitu hotelu. Vzdy jsme se mohli vratit na ubytovani treba i na zachod nebo se prevleci, protoze se nachazelo vzdy cca 10 minut pesky od hlavnich pamatek. Lehci hluk vecer byl, ale ne nijak omezujici + je to samozrejmost, kdyz se nachazite v centru! Doporucuji vsema deseti.

Wonderful - great value for money
Pros:

Great location, very central to most attractions. It is a little noisy at night but they provided ear plugs for it. It is a small and conmfortable apartment overall, great for a short trip.

Worth noting that there is no cleaning service daily.

All in all satisfied
Pros:

Very easy communication! Great location and nice breakfast. Despite the reviews, for us the room was not noisy. Very well equipped, clean apartment with welcome amenity.

Cons:

A bit complicated online check in procedure with the documentation. A/C could be better. Bothering smell from the bathroom.

Dos cosas:
1-En la entrada, no me había llegado el correo de las contraseñas a tiempo y tuve que esperar un buen rato para entrar.

2-El día de antes el alojamiento intentó cobrarme un seguro por si rompía algo en el apto. se lo comuniqué a booking y se aclaró el mal entendido, todo bien.

De ligging

Cons:

Er werd agressief gedrag vertoond door een van de gasten. Ik nam via whatsapp contact op met de klantenservice en heb uitgelegd dat er een man zijn kamer niet in komt met alle gevolgen van dien: het vernielen van objecten van het complex, scheuren, schelden, de deur open proberen te breken; het was beangstigend. Na deze kennisgeving kreeg ik een standaard bericht dat geluidsoverlast niet is toegestaan na 8 uur en dat ze contact opnemen met de desbetreffende persoon. Ik viel achterover van deze reactie omdat het niet in verhouding is tot de situatie. Daarna hebben ze na aandringen vanuit mij iemand gestuurd en ze bevestigden al wat ik stuurde. De volgende dag zou er iemand komen om de boel op te ruimen, maar de gasten bleven erna agressief gedrag vertonen en schreeuwen, schelden en zingen na een uitgaansavond in de stad (rond 3 uur in de nacht). Ook toen nam ik contact op en de reactie van de klantenservice was dat de gasten het ontkennen en dat ze verder niks kunnen doen. Verder was de kamer niet goed schoon en onderhouden. De doucheput liet steeds los, en er was een rioleringslucht en er lagen haren bij binnenkomst. Erg verdrietig en daarom ook twee dagen eerder vertrokken.
