Pros:

Le personnel de l'accueil est très bien, l'emplacement l'eau chaude et les lit confortables avec chauffage.

Cons:

Notre chambre était au rez-de-chaussée, elle donnait sur un garage, pas très agréable quand la voiture démarre très tôt et laisse le moteur allumé. La dame de ménage commence elle aussi très tôt avec la musique à fond

Pagamos 420 bolivianos (al tipo de cambio oficial, son 60 dólares). La descripción decía que tenían calefacción. Entramos a la habitación a las 14:00. La temperatura era de 10 grados centígrados. Salimos a almuerzar y a conocer la ciudad. Al volver, no nos trajeron calefacción y el radiador estaba frío. Tuvimos que congelarnos hasta las 20:00 (llamé para preguntar qué pasaba). El hotel afirma tener calefacción Y ?????Somos personas mayores (76 y 67 años) y pagamos 60 dólares la noche, ¡así que hay que respetar a los clientes?????La encendieron a las 20:00 y la temperatura fue de -5 grados centígrados durante la noche, 12 grados centígrados en la habitación. ¡Dormimos vestidos! ¡Qué vergüenza! No nos habían servido un desayuno así en ningún hotel (ni siquiera uno de 20 dólares). En todos lados te dan una tostadora eléctrica para tostadas, pero aquí, por supuesto, no había . ¡Los Los panecillos no estaban frescos ! El concentrado de café estaba frío; no bebemos café diluido con agua.

Pros:

Tudo perfeito. Prédio novo, banheiro limpo, silencioso e funcionários educados. O café da manhã é simples, mas dentro do esperado. Esta perto da principal praça da cidade.

El mobiliario es de muy buen gusto y calidad .

Cons:

La recepción fue poco solicita, las limitaciones en el uso del Garage, el desayuno fue de pésima calidad, el pan de molde tenía hongos muy visibles, otros panes eran viejos el queso estaba ácido.

Pros:

Boa estrutura com acomodação bem conservada, água quente, calefação e o atendente que nós recepcionou muito atencioso.

Cons:

Apesar da acomodação ser nova, notamos que a roupa de cama tinha cabelos, demonstrando que os lençóis não haviam sido trocados.
Serviço de lavanderia de roupa, além de caro, não entregaram duas peças.
Café da manhã deixou a desejar, notei que o pão estava mofado.
Durante o pagamento, o câmbio utilizado foi diferente do informado na recepção. Quase sai no prejuízo se não tivesse conferido.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά καθαρό και η τοποθεσία άψογη!

Cons:

Το ένα στρώμα ήταν ελαττωματικό, το δωμάτιο δεν είχε παράθυρο και το πρωινό ήταν πολύ φτωχό.

Hotel new,clean, well equipped and great location. Breakfast and deco still need to raise to meet the value for price.

Hotel facilities looks new and rooms are comfortable, good standards.

Cons:

Take away breakfast was just a joke, as we had early check out (at 7am) before breakfast opening hours (from 7:30), we ordered the day before a take away breakfast. We only got 2 toasts with micro pieces of ham and cheese… and it was not ready when we checked out and had to wait for it before to rush in our taxi.
Hotels rooms and patio are noisy (it is only tiles everywhere in the hotel), people talking in the patio at 4am wake up all the members of our family that were in 2 différents rooms.
The hotel could be improved too with: 1/ Hotel staff is helping but receptionist with few basics in English could be great.
2/ Deco is not warm heated in the common area like the patio, a cosy deco in the patio at least could make the hotel looking great
3/ make available a kettle to offer hot drink to guests.

Pros:

Good location. Helpful staff. Room was decent size and had helpful supplies and furniture. Breakfast was adequate. Automatic heating is turned on at night throughout the hotel (not adjustable within the room) and was comfortable. Plenty of hot water.
