Pros:

My review is based on two separate room experiences. The first room, located on the top floor, was spacious and comfortable. However, being on the highest level, it became quite noisy during rainfall due to the roof exposure. The second room, in a different section of the building, was much smaller, had no windows, and smelled of mould. Rain also amplified the sound of water draining nearby, which was annoying. The staircase walls showed visible signs of mould.
What truly stood out was the staff. Friendly, attentive, and with good English, they consistently went out of their way to help. A particularly thoughtful touch was that every staff member addressed me by name. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, with cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, water, croissants, and a few hot dishes to choose from. Overall, I would recommend this hotel—with a caveat: be sure to specify your room preferences when booking to ensure a more comfortable stay.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Hanoi!
My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city's vibrant center, making it easy to explore all the local attractions.
Ruby and the entire staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to offer advice and organize excursions, even multi-day trips. Their dedication to ensuring we had a great experience was truly impressive

Service, location and walkable.
Pros:

The service and the people were the best. The location was perfect and walkable to the old town. Breakfast was tasty and the room was comfy. We will stay here again the next time we're back in Hanoi.

Very good location ever. You can reach all attractions and convenient stores around. Staffs were amazing helpful and attentive. Breakfast is pretty delicious . I like the cozy room with equipment. They do have Halong bay packages with reasonable

Pros:

The staff is the best. They can't do enough for you and are happy to help in any way possible and they are also happy to just a chat for a bit and giving tips for future travel plans in and around Hanoi. Great location, comfortable room, very good shower (water pressure and hot water), good breakfast.
