Cons:

La ducha parece sucia y se encharca mucho el baño. No teniamos mando de la tele ni nos dieron solucion, estuvimos sin poder usar la tele todo el tiempo de estancia. Ademas es imposible dormir hasta que cierra el bar de abajo

Great location, very modern and nicely designed room. Decent amount of space and had every appliance you could need for a short break. Bed was very comfy too.

The remote check in was easy to use and the staff were responsive and helpful over WhatsApp.

We asked if we could have a late check out and they kindly agreed.

Cons:

The property was amazing. If I’m being really harsh I would say it would be nice to have more than one pillow each on the bed.

Although we were kindly offered a late checkout, there was a slight miscommunication where the staff memebr said we could stay until 3pm the next day instead of the usual 11am checkout. However, it turned out there had been a typo in their message and they meant to say 12pm rather than 3pm. This led to us being temporarily locked out of our room. The property

La habitación preciosa muy cómoda y muy bien situada, además huele muy bien en todo el hotel

Cons:

No es el personal como tal, pero igual algo de atención por mensajes, me confirmaron que podía entrar a la 1 y finalmente tuve que esperar para entrar, también pregunté si podía salir mas tarde ( cierto que la pregunta fue bastante tarde) y no me respondieron en ningún momento pero bueno esta genial en verdad eso son detalles

Pros:

Location was perfect, and the room was comfortable, even though it's small — but you can find all that you need for a nice stay. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Rather noisy from the street outside because of bars, but with closed balcony in was absolutely comfortable to sleep, we didn't hear anything.

Location perfect, comfy bed and lovely room
Pros:

The Location for me was perfect, the room lovely with everything I needed, comfy clean etc.

Cons:

I didn’t realise that there isn’t a 24 hour reception and entry relies on your phone, which didnt have service, so it felt tricky. I was then guided over the phone on how to access without that phew!
As a solo woman traveller I prefer people on site.
But they were good and professional handling my difficulties.
