Great location and comfortable room. Good value for money.

Cons:

While our overall stay was pleasant, we did encounter some difficulty with reception services. Throughout our stay, there were no staff available at the desk, which made certain aspects—such as checking in and making enquiries—a little challenging. We had hoped to leave our luggage earlier, as previously offered, but were unable to do so due to the lack of staff presence. Fortunately, we were travelling light, so this did not cause too much inconvenience.

Similarly, when we needed assistance during our stay—for example, requesting additional facilities or arranging check-out—it was not always easy to find someone available.

That said, the staff member we did meet was friendly, helpful, and provided good service, which we appreciated.
