The best bed ever.
Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro con i mezzi di trasporto o anche a piedi. Shay, il proprietario dell'appartamento, è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La stanza è pulita ed il letto l'ho trovato molto comodo.
It was a long time I didn't share an apartment with the host. It went very well: the room has a private bathroom (shower, wc, sink), a comfortable bed and a great view. The host is friendly and provided me with useful tips. Great experience.
Wifi is sometimes a bit weak in the room. No big trouble, it is also possible to seat in the living room.

Condividi una camera in appartamento in cui vive il proprietario. La colazione che dice compresa non esiste. la cucina condivisa è condivisa ed abbiamo dovuto chiedere se riparava la macchinetta del caffè
Habitación grande, cómoda, luminosa y buenas vistas (tal cual las fotos).
La ubicación no es céntrica, pero es muy agradable, aunque sin muchos servicios, pero muy bien comunicada por bus en la puerta, con poco tiempo de espera (se paga con la leap card o en monedas, no vale tarjeta de crédito).
Parking y desayuno (nos dejó las cosas para desayunar a la hora que quisiéramos).
Checkin sencillo, quedando con el dueño, que nos lo puso muy fácil.
El precio es un poco alto, pero el alojamiento en Dublín es caro.

Pros: Shay the owner was lovely and accommodating.
Location is spot on bus stop on your doorstep.
Free parking is a bonus.
Cons: maybe it’s only us but we felt a bit awkward as the owner lives in the property which we didn’t realise when booking i would be rather private otherwise. But saying that he’s a nice man.
Be careful when you open the tap. Open it slowly as the pressure is too high you don’t want to splash water on you.
No hot water on first night but Shay sorted it out the following day.
Stanza abbastanza comoda , luminosissima, con relativo piccolo bagno affittata all'interno di un bell'appartamento all'ultimo piano di un condominio ai Dock.

Era poco pulita e poco ordinata
Nous avons bien été reçu. L’hôte était très gentil et serviable. Il nous a servi un bon petit déjeuner à l’heure que nous souhaitions. Nous avons surtout apprécié d’avoir une salle de bain privative. Le lieu était propre et chaleureux.

The host was nice and helpful. The room was clean, location is good - within the walking distance to the city center and the airport bus. Great breakfast.
Fujne locatie vlakbij de kades in oost Dublin, voor zowel een wandeling naar het uitgaansleven aan zuidkant als naar het centrum.

The location of the property is great for the Aviva stadium, only 15-20 minutes walk. It is not too far from town with a nice bar just across the street.
The property was very warm when we arrived and the oil diffusers were really overpowering. The initial contact from the host was great but then we were told he had to go out and the key was left in the mailbox, and that we would need to wait for someone else to enter/leave the building to be able to get to the mailbox. Not a great start. We did not see the host at all during the stay so did not really know what we could/couldnt use, or how things worked. We were not served any breakfast or contacted about it at all. This is meant to be included so we lost out on the value of what we paid. The bathroom taps need looking at becasue they initially come on slowly but then the water go full blast.
It was not very clear that we were just staying in the hosts spare bedroom from the listing. On Booking.com I would expect to be renting a whole appartment or a room in a B&B or hotel. This was staying in a spare bedroom in the hosts full time property. Reading other reviews on the property (something I wish I did before staying) I am not alone. The host comes across very confromtational in the replies to this as well which would have made me not book had I read them.
De intentie voor een goed ontbijt was aanwezig maar alles was niet onze smaak een echt lekker broodje was er niet. In de Fress Food om de hoek was echt goed brood te koop. Het beleg was dan weer prima. De keuze uit jam en thee was super. Maar yoghurt nemen uit een al geopend pak (door de gastheer gebruikt) vonden wij maar zo zo.
Het ontbijtje, de rest was prima.
Der Gastgeber ist aussergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sehr gut, der Tiefgarenparkplatz Gold wert.
