Tutto! La struttura è situata all’interno di un condominio al piano ammezzato in una stradina decentrata.
La stanza, da noi prenotata come Superior, era in realtà una camera base piccolissima. Ci è stata cambiata in quella affianco che alla fine era esattamente uguale all’altra e cosa più importante, nel bagno la doccia non aveva nessuna paratia per l’acqua, ogni volta il bagno si allagava completamente.
Al check-in ci è stato chiesto di annullare la prenotazione effettuata tramite Booking per pagare in loco in cash.
La prima colazione era imbarazzante: non erano presenti acqua, caffè, o qualsiasi cosa tipica di una prima colazione. Assurdo!
Un giorno rientrati durante il pomeriggio in camera non c’era acqua corrente per doccia e lavandino, il giorno dopo non avevano acqua in bottigliette perché, a detta loro, si erano dimenticati di comprarla e siamo dovuti uscire a cercare un market per acquistarla. Avevamo la camera piena di zanzare e abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se avessero qualcosa, nessuno ci ha mai fatto più sapere nulla e di conseguenza abbiamo acquistato noi un ddt al market.
La penultima mattina a colazione, abbiamo chiesto due tazze di latte caldo e dopo un’attesa di un quarto d’ora siamo andati a vedere in cucina e la ragazza si era addormentata, mentre il latte continuava andare nel microonde.
La cosa peggiore è lo “staff”: maleducato, scortese ed assolutamente improvvisato.

Non raccomandato assolutamente questo posto, peggiorerà la vostra vacanza!

Cons:

Хотя мы договаривались о раннем заезде в 6 утра, нас не смогли заселить!!! Мы остановились в другом отеле.

Поработайте над коммуникацией между сотрудниками, иначе вы просто потеряете клиентов.
