Expectations vs Reality: Not "VIP", not "Art", just overpriced and dated
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The breakfast was decent. The location in Parque das Nações is good, but there are many better hotels in this area.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't live up to its "VIP," "Executive," or "Art" labels — the interior is basic, boring, and feels dated. The reception staff was slow and moody during check-in. Despite the hotel appearing half-empty, we were given a room on the 2nd floor (out of 14) facing the railway. The soundproofing is poor, so it was noisy. For this high price, I expected much more. I wouldn't recommend it; there are far better options nearby.
