O quarto que nos foi atribuido não tinha sido alvo de verificação. O Ac não funcionava e o telefone estava inclusive desligado da ficha.
Quando questionada a colaboradora na receção, disse que não havia hipotese de trocar.....não havia quartos livres. Estavam cheios.
De repente quando mencionamos reclamar....aparece um quarto!
Portanto diria que não só a qualidade dos quartos, à verificação que é feita ao pouco profissionalismo da recepcionista, foi tudo mau

Localização do hotel, parque de estacionamento a preço razoável.

Cons:

Quarto não cheirava bem, cheiro a humidade desagradável.
Hotel já com alguma idade e a precisar de remodelações. Por exemplo, no quarto de banho tem banheira muito alta (o que dificulta para quem tiver problemas de mobilidade), nas zonas comuns, alcatifas.
Alguma variedade no pequeno-almoço, mas pouca qualidade.
Não creio que corresponda a verdadeiro hotel de 4 estrelas.

VIP behavior, indeed!
Pros:

Completamente acessível. Gostei imenso, claro, da localização, pois foi acessivel para mim depois aceder ao evento que aconteceria nas redondezas. super cozy, o pequeno almoço estava sensacional, e dormiu-se muito bem.

Cons:

A principio, nada de mal a repontar.
