Pros:

Located at only 5 minutes from Oriente Station and directly at the hot spot of Lisbon's food court and the fair this hotel is a solid 4 star experience. The view over the Tejo from the highest floor is breathtaking. The staff is diplomatically descret when it comes to privacy.

Cons:

The hairdryer overheated after 1-2 minutes and didn't work properly. I asked for replacement but none was available.

Excelente localização.Não tomei o pequeno almoço mas o quarto era muito agradável e confortável.

Top Location für kurztrips , mit schönem Design
Pros:

Sehr praktisch, nähe Flughafen, Shopping Center Vasco da Gama 500 m entfernt, absolut klasse , auch für Konzertbesucher in der MEO Arena perfekt.

Cons:

Kein 24 Stunden Zimmer Service, sobald das Restaurant und die Bar schließen , hat man keine Chance was zu bestellen , außer extern. Minibar leer.

Very nice location.

Cons:

The air condition was not blowing cold. It was warm in the room for the entire time. And this was after changing my room because the AC was not blowing cold or cool air.

Hotel zu teuer für 4 Sterne
Pros:

Lage, nah am Flughafen

Cons:

Für 4 Sterne Hotel muss einiges erneuert werden, Betten durchgelegen und am knaren in Badewanne Duschen ist ein No Go, Zimmer Tür nur mit Gewalt hat sich schließen lassen. Am zweiten Tag kein Wasser und Kaffee Pads im Zimmer.
Im Parkhaus dunkel.

Satisfatório, apesar dos imprevistos.
Pros:

Boa localização, optimo atendimento, quartos acusticos, tranquililidade total, silêncio absoluto nas acomodações .

Cons:

A falta de comunicação entre as areas.
Paguei o café da manhã para toda familia no check in porque foi alegado que não estava incluso e, pela manhã a familia foi impedida de usufruir com a justificatica de que, não estava pago.
Como fui o ultimo a desocupar o quarto, já na recepção, apresentei o comprovante so que, já não havia tempo para devido o horario do voo.
Cls. : Todos sem Cafe da amanhã e, devolução de pagamento, até 72 horas.
