Excellent, convenient location for staying one night before cruise.
Pros:

The breakfast was fabulous and included with stay. We originally booked this hotel for the free airport shuttle, but our plans changed and we rented a car and had ample free street parking right in front of hotel, which was great. The rooms were comfortable and although you can hear the planes taking off at the airport, it wasn't loud enough to disturb our sleep. The hotel also had a complimentary reception which we didn't get a chance to visit, but it was nice to have available.

Very good hotel
Pros:

Clean, good service, long opening hours of pool and fitness center. Good breakfast. The free shuttle to the airport was perfect.

Cons:

The breakfast could have included some vegetables, cheese and meat/fish or salads.

What a great stay.
Pros:

I lovedxthe family room & free shuttle & Breakfast

Cons:

The only thing that I was disappointed in was the small grocery store next to check in. It would be nice if we could scan & pay for it ourselves instead of having to stand waiting until all the check in people have gone.

Staff was very friendly fast check in fast check out
Pros:

The room was excellent only problem was my special needs son has to watch tv to sleep and there was no tv until we were literally checking out

Cons:

I didn’t like that. I paid money and didn’t get no TV service. No complementary waters otherwise than that it was a beautiful hotel

A great choice for comfort, space, and convenience before a cruise.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. It included a separate living area and a convenient kitchenette, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The location is very convenient, close to the airport and the Port of Los Angeles, which was ideal since we were taking a cruise the following day. It also made the Uber much more affordable compared to staying in Hollywood

Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Fantastic stop over hotel
Pros:

We loved the hotel. It was a fantastic place for our stopovers. Having an indoor pool makes so easy yo relax and stretch a bit after a long flight.
Breakfast was absolutely amazing, we all loved it!

Cons:

If I have to be really picky the bathtub could have an update.
But everything was just fantastic and made for a great stay.

Good value, awesome breakfast & cocktails, parking costs very high, beautiful place!
Pros:

Loved the breakfast, free drinks, both chef and bartenders very professional . Our room worked great, couch great, but fridge was super small, and piece on door not functional. There were a lot of banging noises throughout each night, like on the wall. I wasn’t asked what floor I wanted, was on 2 with not much of a view. Appreciated airport shuttle. 3 sinks was awesome.

Cons:

Shuttle great to have, but driver wasn’t there to help with luggage, or with any questions I had. I’m 64 and bad back, but managed. He was busy with another guy on something. At airport he helped but didn’t seem at first he planned to, until he jumped out and quickly came to help. Didn’t ask me my airline. Loud banging noises at night difficult to sleep. Pool cold! Couldn’t tell on that end if there were even restrooms in the pool area. Then when saw them, they were closed for maintenance. No hot tub. Parking costs way too high.
