Bien placé , chambre spacieuse et possibilité de se garer dans la rue gratuitement ( ce qui est rare autour de l’aéroport )
À notre arrivée nous avons eu à faire a une manager hautaine et incompétente , très désagréable , nous souhaitions nous brancher sur le wifi , elle a été incapable de nous indiquer la démarche , heureusement que son staff a pris le relais et a su nous renseigner en 10s alors qu’elle en a été incapable pendant 10 mn !! S’entêtant à nous expliquer qu’il suffisait de cliquer” dommage car comme première impression ça gâche tout als que l’hôtel est bien et le reste du personnel très gentil
The staff were very helpful at check in and check out. The room was a good size, comfortable beds and good shower. The sound insulation was generally excellent and quiet for a restful night’s sleep. The property has nearby fast food places for a quick bite to eat. The free shuttle back to the airport was quick and convenient.
The property is quite dated now and needs some investment in terms of the communal areas and general upkeep. need to better advertise the collection shuttle when arriving into LAX.
Desde que llegamos fue una muy buena experiencia, el servicio al cliente fue exelente(Lastima que no recuerdo el nombre de la Muchacha que nos atendio) asi como las bebidas de cortesia y lo arquitectonico de el hotel!!

The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a delightful cook. Both shuttle drives were had were kind and polite.
When we arrived, the smoke detectors kept going off. They got that fixed, but then we discovered the air conditioning didn’t really work. Our room remained warm and humid, as were all the common areas of the hotel. Oddly, the restaurant claimed to not have any food, but salads and sandwiches. Seems a cook didn’t show. The lady working happy hour was kind, but they only had a Chex mix and tortilla chips and salsa. We booked here because of the airport shuttle. Took forever to come get us, as they only pick up once on the hour and the bus is tiny!! Only seats 14, so you might be out of luck. Several other hotel shuttles passed us many times at LAX. (Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott.) The shuttle ride back to the airport was better, but some folks had to be left behind. Oddly, they have a larger bus, but it sat off to the side.
Fantastic location, really beautifully decorated and just overall a really unexpected treat.
The pool inside wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be but everything else made up for it.
The breakfast was great—one of the best omelets I have had in a long time.
