Que nos dijeron que el transporte era hasta las 11:30 pm y salimos del aeropuerto a las 11:15, esperamos hasta las 11:40 y no pasó ningún transporte
L'hôtel est aussi bien proche de l'aéroport que du centre ville (si on est en voiture).
Le petit-déjeuner est correct.
Si vous êtes une famille de 5 sachez que le canapé lit est une véritable torture.
L'hôtel est un peu vetuste et nécessiterait un rafraîchissement.
La piscine.
La proximité avec l'aéroport, et la navette gratuite.
Le verre de bienvenue offert.
Une suite pour 6 avec 2 lits + 1 canapé lit, mais le matelas de celui ci est tellement difforme qu'il est impossible de dormir dessus!

When I booked, I thought I was booking directly thru the hotel, but it switched somehow to Booking.com. You really need to get them off of your site as a 3rd party or have them change the way they advertise for you. I chose the option to check in early and out late. Booking.com has FALSE advertising. Upon arriving early, I was NOT ABLE to check in until 4pm!!!! Very misleading! Very disappointed. Embassy suites said I would have to complain to Booking.com to get a refund which I'm only sure is not going to happen. Room was clean except the bathroom. Hair everywhere. Couldn't get housekeeping to come clean it. Tried 3 different times to get housekeeping by actually going to the front desk to complain. The 3rd time I went down to complain, I was told the staff had gone home. Really! But the manager did give us a different room. The bathroom still wasn't that clean, so we just cleaned it ourselves being that the staff had already gone home. I have stayed in the exact Embassy Suites before and had a wonderful experience. The manager Candiece and front desk person Narif did everything they could to make things right. I appreciate them for their effort. But, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel and I travel often, in and out of the country. Please DO BETTER!!

Airport shuttle was timely and very convenient. Hotel's location is excellent for those traveling in and out of LAX. The rooms are roomy, and were clean and pleasant
Hotel is woefully understaffed and wait time for anything having to do with front desk took forever. Everything had to be handled by the two front desk staff members, check i/out, getting luggage out of storage room, paying for convenience items, any questions of needs. The line was very long and slow. The staff members were trying their best, but there just was not enough of them to handle all the needs. One of our rooms was not ready way beyond 4:00 pm, and our party was scattered throughout the whole huge property, making very inconvenient. The afternoon 'cocktails' were very meager consisting of stale pretzels and watered down drinks. The staff was wonderful and very friendly, however. Breakfast was considerably better, with more options of hot offerings, pastries and coffee and juices.
