Overall, the room was clean.Mattress also good.Clean bedsheets.
The room felt quite narrow, and the overall space was smaller than expected.The pillows are very thin and not comfortable to sleep.The bathroom was also very compact, which made it less comfortable to use.
Fantastic location, just next to KL & NU Sentral, with lots of eateries around. Reasonable price even for a last minute booking.
Cleanliness could be better. The floor definitely hasn’t been mopped for a while. My feet accumulates dust throughout the stay. Towels provided are very basic, thin and unsatisfactory. The hotel looked way better in picture than how it actually is. Receptionists are welcoming.
Very close to the train station
They ask for deposit to cover potential damages. This is the first time I meet such a demand. No windows, no fresh air!

Actually we need little bit ventalation on top of entrance door as small romm occupied Bed totally closed, must need at least outside air vent.
