Не особено любезен персонал. Не изчистиха стаята ни въпреки че бяхме оставили отметка на вратата. Бай- много се интересуваха да вземат 100 рингита гаранция за евентуални щети

“Bien situé près de KL Sentral, chambres variables
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est un vrai point fort. Il est situé très près de la gare de KL Sentral, avec un accès direct à l’aéroport, ce qui est très pratique. L’hôtel se trouve également au cœur du quartier indien, où l’on peut facilement trouver de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. Lors de mon deuxième séjour, j’ai eu une chambre rénovée, plus agréable, avec une salle de bain en bien meilleur état. Le lit était confortable lors de mes deux séjours.

Cons:

Lors de ma première réservation, la chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre et la salle de bain était dans un état très dégradé. La douche et les toilettes étaient mal entretenues, et l’eau coulait en continu dans les WC toute la nuit. Même lors de mon deuxième séjour, malgré une chambre améliorée, il n’y avait toujours pas de fenêtre, ce qui peut être gênant.
