Fajne lobby, dobre zęby po pracować
Pokój z widokiem na góry umiejscowiony jest w taki sposób że inne osoby po prostu przechodzą obok Twojego pokoju a Ty czujesz się jak ryba w akwarium. Dodatkowe problemy sprawiała woda, ktora raz była ciepła a czasem zimna (naprzemiennie). Wietnamski prysznic dobry na 1-2 dni

It was close enough to sapa central by taxi by away from the business of sapa central … clean , comfy beds, very attentive receptionist who very helpful with use of google translate

You'd want a scooter to get down into the city centre or get a grab. I'd recommend a scooter so you can check the area out on your own.

Il nostro soggiorno al Mong Garden Homestay è stato indimenticabile. La struttura, immersa nel verde e con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne, offre un’atmosfera autentica e rilassante. La camera era molto bella, curata nei dettagli, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort.
Un ringraziamento speciale al nostro host, una persona straordinaria che ci ha seguiti con una dedizione rara: ci ha trovato subito una moto a noleggio, organizzato un tour nei villaggi circostanti, preso cibo da asporto e portato direttamente in camera, e persino le sigarette quando ne avevamo bisogno. Ci ha coccolati dall’inizio alla fine, dimostrando un’attenzione e una gentilezza che non si dimenticano.
Il nostro host ha un talento naturale per l’ospitalità e siamo certi che farà molta strada nella vita. Grazie di cuore per aver reso la nostra esperienza così speciale.

Het hotel was gesloten ivm bouwwerkzaamheden, maar onze boeking was niet geannuleerd. De werkzaamheden pal onder ons raam begonnen om 6.00 in de ochtend met heel veel herrie.
Ontbijt zat bij de boeking in, maar was er eigenlijk niet. Er werd noodlesoep gehaald bij een restaurant in de buurt, welke erg kaal was alleen noodles en kip, geen verdere aankleding.
We hadden voor 5 personen geboekt, sliepen in een vierpersoons kamer met 2 bedden. Enkel met heel veel moeite kregen we een matras en kussen zonder verder beddengoed.
The room was amazing, bed comfortable. I was frustrated with the lack of family feel. There was a kid running the place. He was great though he didn’t know English. We communicated through Google Translate. No breakfast offered, limited coffee and water. They did offer us laundry services which was nice. We were pretty far from town… so either a 15min walk or a grab was needed. No support with guides either. The property was beautiful though. Too cold and rainy to enjoy but nice.
Too many water bottles… wish they were a bit more environmentally friendly with water.

I liked the common area, which had Nice furniture and mountain view. There was a beautiful garden. The staff was also really Nice and tried their best to give us a pleasant stay.
Unfortunately our stay here wasn’t the best. The room that we got was supposed to have mountain view, which it technically did, but the porch, with built in glass, that was a part of the common area was right outside our window. This meant everyone was walking past here all the time and we didnt feel comfortable leaving the curtains open. This room was also right next to the reception and we could hear every little sound coming from there. The staff was really loud early in the morning and late at night. They had two roosters chained up right outside the room, so they woke us up at 5 am… we complained and they moved us to a room upstairs, which helped with the noise, but this room didnt have a view and it wasn’t cleaned properly. We booked this place because of the view, so we felt disappointed as there was many other options we could have chosen instead. The price of this room didnt seem right either considering what we got.

I love the room it self however it was really cold and the AC/heating is not strong enough to warm the room up
The location is good and near to town. Excellent view, and good space outside the room for standing. Very nice structure and interior
The AC heater was bad, didn’t warm up the room at all. Was just blowing hot air at one spot. (Or maybe the temperature outside was too cold for the AC to handle) im not too sure how room heater should work as its my first time using such AC.
Water heater was working properly only for a few minutes, after that i wont be able to adjust the temperature. So had to rush and shower every time.
Nice spacious room, comfy bed and good shower. Very pretty garden area. Helpful guy on reception even though he has little English. I checked out early due to no onsite restaurant and wasn’t charged so appreciated owners understanding of my needs.
Description was inaccurate as regards to restaurant onsite as there wasn’t any. My reason for selecting accommodation outside of Sapa centre was for convenience of food onsite. This was the only accommodation I stayed in that had no complimentary bottled water and most expensive.
