My experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. I booked this property through Booking.com, where there was an option to book the stay but no option to make the payment in advance.

After travelling for 7 hours, I reached the property at 1:00 PM, even though the check-in time was mentioned as 12:00 PM. However, the property owner refused to provide me with a room and said I would have to wait another 2 hours. He questioned why I had not made the payment through the app, despite there being no payment option available during the booking process.

To make matters worse, instead of helping resolve the issue, the property owner himself told me to look for another property. After a 7-hour journey, I was left without accommodation and had to find another place to stay on my own.

This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. A guest should not be left stranded after making a booking, especially after travelling such a long distance. I expected better communication and responsibility from the property. I would not recommend this place to other travellers.

Couldn't stay only to sum up the stay, No welcome drink offered. AC was not working in lobby area

Booking was made for my parents who were travelling from Rajasthan to Chennai. Booking was pay on arrival,since there was no option of pre payment available for me while I was processing the booking. My parents reached there by evening flight. On arrival receptionist said there is no rooms available, as the payment was not made and he offered those rooms to someone else and there were no more room available for booked category. This is so unfair as no alternative rooms were provided for them to stay at booked rate, who were coming tired to relax thinking they have a booked reservation (they starting early morning travelling from different cities to come to Chennai for the very first time).Basic courtesy is to call and check guest if they will turn up before cancelling their booking. Very bad experience. Not welcoming receptionist. Bad hospitality. Regret booking. My parents had a hard time. Also please improve your online booking website.
